I am writing to recount an incredibly frustrating and costly experience with Cooperativa di servizio Taxi Bolzano, which resulted in significant travel disruptions and a complete lack of accountability from the company.

My ordeal began when I called for a taxi from Aures, intending to be driven to the local Aures train station to catch my pre-booked train. It was a reasonable assumption that a taxi called from Aures, asking to go to "the train station," would take me to the nearest and most logical train station in Aures.

However, to my dismay, the taxi driver proceeded to drive me in the direction of Bolzano train station, which is approximately 40 kilometers away from Aures. I only realized this critical error when we were well into the journey, at which point it was far too late to turn back and make it to the Aures train station in time.

This grave misdirection by the driver had severe consequences. As a direct result of being taken to the wrong station, I missed my train, which then led to the subsequent missing of a crucial flight. This chain of events caused immense stress, significant financial loss due to rebooking, and a complete disruption of my travel plans.

Following this disastrous experience, I immediately lodged a formal complaint with Cooperativa di servizio Taxi Bolzano, detailing the incident and the severe impact it had on my journey. Despite my efforts to seek resolution or even an explanation, I have received no response or assistance whatsoever from the company. This silence is unacceptable and demonstrates a profound disregard for customer satisfaction and responsibility.

This incident has left me deeply disappointed and with a strong sense of injustice. The lack of basic understanding from the driver and the complete unresponsiveness from the company's customer service are truly shocking. I would strongly caution anyone against using this service, as their negligence can lead to significant inconvenience and financial repercussions.
