Excellent service from start to finish from the Radiance Doors team who squeezed us in before Xmas as we were desperate. It’s not very often that you just know the service from a company is going to be brilliant and that’s exactly what it has been.

We were kept up to date on progress by the lovely Claire, the fitting team were very professional and very tidy. They couldn’t do enough for us.

Our new door looks amazing, we are thrilled. We wanted to keep it local and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Had patio doors installed were there was a window previously. The wall was cut out and the door installed within the day and the result was great. The lads tidied up after themselves as they went along and although a messy job, the place was left clean and tidy. Excellent product and great fitting team.

Radiance doors were recommended to me by a member of the family who have recently had their windows and doors replaced by them. The service from initial enquiry to completion has been first class in every respect and I am absolutely delighted with my new front door, rear door and patio doors fitted by this fantastic family run local company.

I first met Richard from the company when he visited us to talk about our options for replacement doors and patio doors. Richard was very knowledgable, professional, patient and friendly. He took time to go through what products would best meet our requirements and having taken some measurements left us to take time to think about what we wanted and to discuss it with our family. It felt so reassuring to be left to think things over without any pressure whatsoever.

The quote from Richard was very competitive and having placed our order Claire kept us up to date about the progress and to arrange a convenient date to fit them. Claire was always very friendly and informative.

Tom expertly fitted our doors and tidied up everything, if it wasn't for the lovely doors we wouldn't have known he had been. Again a very friendly and professional craftsman who clearly takes great pride in his work.

I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the doors which look fantastic and are so smooth to open and close.

I can't thank the team enough for the great service provided. I highly recommend using them and have already done so to my neighbour who has been admiring my front door this week.

We had several UPVC sealed units which had failed and needed some trim replacing around the windows. We asked radiance doors to look at the work from a reccomadation from a friend. Richard ( the owner )came to look at the job,he was very helpful,extremely knowledgeable and punctual. He gave good advise and made some good,saving ideas. The quote was sent the very next day as promised and was concise and very well laid out,it was also very competitive. When the guys came to perform the work, Tom ( Richards son ) and Ben arrived with everything they needed. They were very professional from the second they started, removing their shoes when they came in ( without be asked) to cleaning every spec of dust inside and outside. All the windows and frames were cleaned and couldn't tell they had been. I will not even ask anyone else to look at any of my jobs in the future,they will get all my work and I have already given them more work. Highly recommended, very competitive and extremely professional. Not your average u.k contractors. Also its a family run business. Thanks to the whole team, AWESOME

They have recently carried out the replacement of windows at my apartment. The service was professional, and the work carried out in the time that was originally confirmed. We had a door that was for a cottage and was an unusual size other companies didn't get back to us or weren't interested. Radiance Doors supplied and fitted a very high quality composite door. The personal service and communication we received was excellent. We were kept informed at each stage. Appointments were kept and prompt and friendly. I couldn't recommend Radiance Doors highly enough, from the initial contact with them, through to fitting the door and even calling them after the door was fitted when my dad couldn't work out the lock (!)- they have been superb! The communication, professionalism and friendliness have been second to none, they can't do enough to help you. The door and fittings are high standard and the cost reasonable. Lots of neighbours have already commented on my door:). Please use Radiance Doors - you won't be disappointed, I feel lucky I found them.
