Fantastic company. Couldn't be more helpful after I recently broke a window pane. Claire was so friendly and professional, ensuring it was replaced quickly and the fitting team did a great job. Would definitely use again.

We were recommended Radience by our highly experienced and trusted builders who had personally used them and were impressed. Right from the start Claire's customer service and communication was fantastic. Richard and his experienced team did a fantastic job of installing black upvc windows across the whole house including 2 new doors and a patio sliding door. They were tidy and professional and had great attention to detail. They also worked well with other trades on site and were flexible to ensure the timings worked for us. The windows were competitively priced and we would highly recommend using Radience.

From first contact with the company to the completion of the work the service was excellent.
We were kept informed at all times of the progress of the order by Claire or Emma who promptly answered any queries we had.
The fitting was carried out conscientiously by Tom and Danny on the agreed date. They were both very pleasant and cleared up thoroughly. Would highly recommend this company for both windows and doors.

I got a good impression from Richard when he came over to look at the doors and I'm very pleased with the result. Excellent new doors, the installation guys cleaned up perfectly, could not be happier.

I was very specific with the details of the sash windows I was looking for , and the fitted windows were exactly what we wanted!

The same can be said for the french doors which were made to measure and again every detail was spot on 👍

Tom and Danny the fitters were professional and really hard working.

The few inevitable snags after fitting were dealt with really quickly with zero hassle.

I also found them to be cheaper than their local competitors who have showrooms etc

Conclusion - Claire and Richard are just really decent and honest people who can be trusted completely when it comes to spending money on doors and windows.

Hopefully don’t need any for a while but if I did I’d definitely use Radiance doors!

Found this company very helpful and patient as we took ages to make up our minds. They gave us plenty of options and advice. When we did decide the door arrived within a few weeks, was fitted quickly and very professionally, and we are very pleased with it. Would happily recommend them.

This wonderful company and its faulty goods saga never ever stops.2 yrs and 10 months on and all the glass faults it just gets worse and worse.Slam shut front door ….well I had to slam it shut literally as it dropped and the bar handle practically fell off resulting in me having on top of the approx £7k to pay out in December 2024 a shocking poor 2 yrs and 1 month after installation.Today and yet another faulty problem.The bathroom window at just 2 yrs and 10 months had dropped.Fitter confirmed it should have been checked thoroughly before installation.Thats now badly shocking glass too many flaws lost count.Marks on bathroom window.Faulty front slam shut door and now dropped bathroom window.Wow excellent goods.Don’t threaten me with lawyers go right ahead facts are facts.The goods are not fit for purpose and I will say what I want I have witnesses to prove what I am saying.you should have put everything right the first time instead of being money obsessed.

This is the second time I have used Radiance Doors and once again I have not been disappointed. The engineers who fitted my windows were incredible and the customer service team was second to none. Claire and Richard are amazing! I would highly recommend them.

Another 5 star review from me for this local family business. I had my front door replaced with a composite door. Richard was very helpful when I was choosing colours and glazing. Clare in the office was excellent in keeping me up to date and arranging installation. Tom worked hard fortified by lots of strong coffee ( Sorry, Tom, it was decaf!). The door is beautiful and installed and finished to a very high standard. I'm saving up for new windows next!

Our experience of Radiance Doors has been 100% good. We had patio doors fitted and a new bathroom window (in a difficult place to reach).

They were efficient, friendly and did an excellent job under some difficult circumstances. Any problems that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally. They were also made aware that our cats were house cats and were mindful about this whenever they had to go out.

They also did a very good job tidying up after themselves.

I can’t recommend the team at Radiance Doors enough. From start to finish on my job they have been brilliant and showed so much care throughout the process. I have spoken with Claire to change things / check things on numerous occasions and I feel like she can’t do enough for you to make sure your job is right. The quality on everything was amazing , the fitting was spot on but most of all the customer service is Outstanding. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for my windows and doors in future. Thank you so much to Claire and the lovely lads, family business at its best.
