This company hides behind B&Q, and uses DX Couriers. Never get a straight answer, can’t be bothered to chase up late deliveries till customer complains and FAILS to get your order to you in time, on time and replacement of damaged order by courier is just as slow.

We sincerely apologise for the experience you have had with your order and fully appreciate your frustration regarding the delay.
Unfortunately, the courier experienced delays in delivering your order, which was outside of our expected delivery times. We understand that this is disappointing, and we are sorry that the service you received did not meet the standard we aim to provide.
We have reviewed the communication with our Customer Services team and can confirm that our team did chase the courier for an update. Unfortunately, the courier did not provide us with the information we needed in time, which meant we were unable to pass a further update on to you. We appreciate that this does not make the situation any less frustrating.
We are working closely with the courier to address these issues and improve the delivery process, with the aim of ensuring a much smoother experience for our customers from placing an order through to receiving it.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We genuinely value your feedback and will use it to help improve the service we provide. Regards Racking Solutions.

The racking system was quite easy to fit together and the packages arrived on time and in good condition. My only gripe was that the mallet I ordered and paid for was not delivered. Thankfully I had a mallet that coped with the job, but still a bit disappointed...
An update: just received a full refund for the missing item, so must acknowledge the first class service I've received. Thank you Racking Solutions!
