As soon as I came into the the shop I felt so welcome. Everyone was very kind and lovely!
Charlie was the person who done my wax and she was amazing. She put me at ease and was really nice. I loved talking to her and would like to come back to her again!!

5 star service from this clinic..wonderful welcome from Stacy at reception and fantastic service from Charlie who did my first ever spray tan..both ladies made me feel as if I'd been a regular customer for many years..very pleased with my spray tan also...would highly recommend this place..Will be back again very soon

Returned to Emily for a cut and blow dry , she’s meticulous from start to finish . I’m always happy as she listens to what I want and gives me just that . The salon is spotless and the staff are welcoming and professional always a good chat and a cup of tea or coffee offered . Would have no problem recommending Emily she delivers what u ask for . Lovely Hydrafacial. Great therapist. Great customer care. My only complaint is that the pricing structure is a bit off and team possibly spread a bit thinly. My only hands on time was 35 minutes, then Dermalux lamps. That really isn’t £120,00 worth. Other salons have offered lamps at the end of a one hour ( less expensive) facial. I think the salon need to think about that. I like the team though, they are highly skilled and hope they take feedback in good spirit.
