My journey to obtain term life insurance began back in July 2020. After requesting information from Quotacy online, I was contacted by Alex Kempf.
I can’t recall if he called first or reached out via email as I am reluctant to answer calls on my cell from unrecognized phone numbers AND sadly wasn’t checking messages OR email as regularly as I should have. Upon finally checking voicemails & emails it was clear Quotacy responded to my inquiry promptly.

While I was initially eager to start the application process, this was taking placein the middle of Covid-19 pandemic and with many other things happening, I wasn’t as responsive as I would have liked to have been.

I frame my experience with that information because Alex and his associates; Tayes Baldwin, Jason Nash and Morgan Opp (hopefully I have captured all involved) were respectfully consistent with their follow up via email and/or calling once we established my genuine interest in a policy (meaning they wouldn’t have kept calling if I had decided to go in another direction.)

As mentioned, with much going on I was finding it challenging to respond in timely manner even though I was interested in obtaining a life insurance policy.
This team was professional, polite, patient, friendly and kind throughout this whole process.

Alex Kempf was my main contact and provided answers to my MANY questions, helpful information and guidance along the way and in general, did his job very well. He did not push me to enter any particular plan.

He kept me informed throughout the process, which was long and arduous for Alex (and team) due to many factors, but mostly my lack of timeliness in responding at times.

At one point in the process, it seemed Banner Life was not able to offer me a life insurance policy due to some underlying medical conditions. Alex kept working with me and Banner.

After Quotacy/Banner providing medical testing (at no cost to me) to help determine my insurability and with further follow-up, Banner was able to provide me with a policy that met my needs and with premiums within my budget by January/February , 2021.

I don’t know if another broker would have taken all this time and gone through so much to help someone for a fairly small policy. That speaks well of Quotacy and it’s employees.

I appreciate all the hard work and tenacity by Alex and his team at Quotacy, and those at Banner Life(Legal & Guardian) Quotacy. Had I been more timely in my initial responses, this process would have been accomplished in a much shorter time frame. Alex and team are to be commended for all their follow-through efforts over a long period of time. I would definitely contact them again should I require other related services.

Quotacy helped make the process of getting life insurance much easier. After answering some initial questions I was provided almost immediately with a list of life insurance companies that offered policies that fit my needs. The agent from Quotacy was knowledgeable and promptly responded to my questions. Overall, their communication with me was excellent. I recommend this company to anyone seeking life insurance.

I had a great experience using Quotacy. Usually looking for life insurance can be a very overwhelming and daunting task but Quotacy made it easy. I had been avoiding the process a bit too long. I stumbled upon Quotacy in my search and what a great find! They are very proactive in communication and are a life line along the way in case you have questions or concerns. You always know who to call and you get an answer! I would recommend them!

I would like to start off by saying service was great, agent was promptly to answer professionally any concern I had he kept me informed of every step in the process. I had no issues whatsoever. The only down side I had is the time it took to complete and process my application which was almost 2 months. Now , it may be normal and that's the time it usually takes I am just saying because on my previous life insurance policy I had coverage immediately. Other than that I would absolutely recommend it.

This was an incredible process and Cory was fantastic. All of my questions were answered promptly and Cory handled the process with the utmost professionalism. This is a company I will highly recommend to anyone searching for insurance and Cory is highly recommended as well!!!!!
