I went with Quotacy for me and my spouse Term insurance quotes and during the overall process. We are happy to get the policies but I felt that there is a lack of urgency and customer obsession from the agent who helped us. I had a hard time reaching them out (no response to emails, calls, voicemails whatsoever when we need to talk to them). Response time is something that leaves much to be desired from Quotacy.
