Bravo for your company!
From the very start of this process, your company has been exemplary! I knew that with my previous health issues it may be difficult to secure life insurance but that did not deter you from pressing in the get it for me. I am impressed not only with the thoroughness of your company but the fact that even though I was initially denied coverage, it did not stop Alex Kempf and his assistant James Santiago or Renee Soltis from pressing in the find Gerber and getting it! This is great to go paperless, and to save on phone conversations, it's just sometimes hard to keep track of the multiple emails and texts on my phone, but they are great at letting you know next steps to complete the process.

Although this part is out of our control, we should have communicated that the length of time was normal and should have confirmed we had all necessary forms before reaching back out. We are looking into the notes of your application to learn where we could have done a better job for you and will use that for training purposes.
