I did have the Flyte scooter and I was pleased with ability of the scooter at events over rough ground but having the ramp permanently limited the use of the back seat in my car I part exchanged this for the Ultra that is just as capable over the rough ground even at my weight of 16 stone but as it breaks down for me to manage it in my car I do not require the ramp to be fitted in my car

Very heavy for lifting in & out of the Car, only used it once around the block. Wing mirror on left won’t stay still. So not too impressed at the moment.
Maybe when the weather improves in the Spring/Summer I will get some more use out of it.

My scooter has dramatically improved my life.
It makes shopping so much easier, going out to cafes and galleries and visiting friends. My disability was closing down my life; my scooter has opened it up again.
It is sturdy, manoeverable, with excellent speed and braking controls.
My only disappointment is that while I was able to get a permit to use it on the Edinburgh trams, it really is too big for them.

I love it, take me were I want, wouldn’t be without it, thank you.

This was my first scooter and a big step for me quingo made every step so easy and I was treated with great respect all the way I highly recommend quingo fantastic service

The salesman was brilliant not pushy sat down went through everything and left me to make my decision. I have spoken to several members of staff who have been fantastic knowledgeable and helpful and very supportive. The engineer who delivered my scooter was professional and made sure I was good with all the functionals etc. I have given 5 stars but on this scale I would have to give 1000000 + stars. If you are looking for a mobility device definitely check out Quingo.

Good experience fr0m the sales person. Not such a good experience from the delivery person. I have used it 3 times and on one occasion nearly tipped myself over. Also small hole on the seat and grating sound on turning. WISH I HADN'T BOUGHT IT. DON'T LIKE THE FIVE WHEELS.

It’s lovely and comfortable

Bought a Quingo Toura 2 secondhand. It had an intermittent fault whereby sometimes it would fail to move forwards only backwards. I booked an engineer from Quingo and was greeted by a friendly guy called Karl (not sure of spelling). He was very knowledgeable and confident and replaced the faulty part. He then fully serviced the scooter. 10 out of 10 to this company!

This is my second Quingo. My first lasted 8 years, was used daily over various terrains, in all weathers, kept outdoors in Yorkshire. Was always reliable and it was a no brainer to me to replace it with another Quingo. I have upgraded from the Plus to Vitesse this time, the heated handlebars are wonderful in the cold wet weather.

Wow, I wish id discovered Quingo years ago!! Ive just recieved a new scooter from Quingo. It is my 4th scooter but my 1st from Quingo. It is the best scooter ive had. Its a fantastic ride, it handles so so well. The five wheel tech makes a huge difference, esp on rougher surfaces and most importantly, it can go up and down curbs even at an angle!! Ive heated hand grips and a rear view camera. It really is an impressive bit of kit. The company are also fantastic. All the staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. There was no pressure put on me. Svend, the rep who 1st came to see me and demo the scooters was great and very thourough to make sure to get the right scooter for my needs.Safety is clearly taken very seriously by the company. Everything about my experience with Quingo and their products has been excellent. I honestly can not praise this superb family owned business enough. If you are looking for mobility aides, these guys know thier stuff!! I love my scooter so much. I can't keep off it!! Thank you to all at Quingo for helping make my life a little easier.

I bought this for speed because my last one was getting slower and my wife couldn't be left on her own which made it far better also your product was excellent

The agent who visited was really helpful. He not only told me all the good reasons for having a Quingo but also pointed out any possible reasons not to. Not because there was a problem with the scooters but making sure it was for me. I had a test drive which went really well and he went through the finance options.
He explained that he was not on commission so it didn't matter whether he made a sale or not.
I was only interested in the Flyte because of difficulty getting it into the car. He put the equipment into my car and showed me how it worked.
When the engineer came to fit it he showed me again.
The handbook is probably the best one I have seen. The large print, descriptions and photographs of all the processes is excellent.
I would definitely recommend Quingo. The products are not cheap but if you need a specific type of scooter their representative will give all the advice you need to make a decision and make sure it is the one for you. I never felt hurried. It is great to be able to get out and about both locally and on trips.
