Easy and fast. As long as you have your documents that are required, it's a quick experience. The video call with the dr is basically the same as with any dr.

The signing up for medical review was quick & easy
The signing up for medical review was simple. My documents were submitted. An appointment was made for eligibility. The appointment started on time. It was done very professionally. I submitted my signed document to NM for approval. Approval was fast and I had my card renewed.

My experience was great my appointment was originally delayed due to the NP traveling. I got immediate service from support to reschedule the next day and when I finally got to talk with the NP she was amazing very easy to talk to. Explained everything perfectly.

I thought it was time to get my medical marijuana card Saturday night 7/19 around 9 PM,that’s when the process started and it is now Monday 7/21 at 5 PM and everything‘s finalized where I can go into a dispensary and buy now ! it was the quickest process with the nicest people!

Easier than expected
Easier than expected account set up very straight forward access to the online appointment system and access to a real live person to answer any questions I had about setting up an account. The appointment was right on time and right to the point.
My results were emailed to me within 15 minutes.

Extremely quick and simple!
I provided my prescription, a description of my conditions and how my normal medicine is not fully covering the symptoms, and was approved within a minute of my telehealth call beginning. Extremely quick, the process to getting the provisional letter afterwards was pretty much immediate, and I had cannabis-in-hand the same day. I can’t recommend enough!
