So disappointing
QOA was a love of mine their style is everything i love.
I treated myself to a dress, but sadly one of which was faulty at the zip and material was so flimsy it was extremely poor - I emailed faulty dress and they agreed for me to return the item, where i would receive full refund. This was back in 18 august - its now 2 october and i have been told multiple times by their customer services i would receive my refund. But to this day NOTHING! NO REFUND FOR A QOA DRESS CAN YOU IMAGINE!!! Been advised to contact Action Fraud where i have come to understand I am not the only one who has experienced this. Others have reported difficulty with similar issues.
A deeply disappointing experience for a brand a did hold very highly!! Not anymore, it has been soiled by this experience.
This clothing brand is suppose to be high end, yet their customer service experience is one of the worse cons ive ever encountered- what a shame....
I will be extremely vocal about this on my socials also....because this really is not ok.
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THESE CLOTHES - so incredibly sad this is my experience with them.

Unable to return faulty dress!!

Unable to return faulty dress!!! I have received a faulty item from this company, which is not what I expect when their dresses retail at approx £300. But here I am, with a faulty dress I just want to return. Use our new returns portal they said. Which would be good if it worked! I have registered my return on the app/portal, but received no email confirmation, and no returns label. Dont send it with your own shipping they say, any addresses you will use will be old and we wont receive it. So how do i return, there’s no chat facility, no phone number and an email i have sent to customer care remains unanswered. I cannot retrieve any label from the app, I dont think one was even generated! This just tells me Queens of Archive don't want to accept returns. Very annoyed right now because had they checked the dress prior to despatch this wouldn't be happening, but then to ignore me when they are at fault. Just not what you expect from a brand everyone raves about. Its sad cus i really love their stuff and would buy more, but because of their shady behaviour I cannot trust them and order again!
