Good customer service but size labels…
Good customer service but size labels are unreliable. I bought M&S jeans labelled size 12 but they were actually an 18. Replaced with no issues except the second pair were actually a size 10.

We are sorry to read that the replacement we sent you was not a good size, despite the measurements provided before the dispatch. As we previously mentioned to you, very occasionally items can be faulty by being mislabeled from the factory, which was the case with the first item.

Excellent service
I'm really impressed with this company. I ordered a Seasalt dress which was being sold at a great price. Communication was spot on and delivery quick and efficient.
Unfortunately the dress was not suitable for me and the returns process was easy. Refund was back in my account quickly.
Excellent service and I will definitely use this company again.
