Disappointing
Disappointing. I ordered two dresses of the same model, same color, size 14, and both arrived with defective busts. However, since I really liked the design, I ordered one size larger so I could have a professional alter the bust to fit my size 14. This was the only way for me to get a suitable dress.
Another issue is the store’s return process. I will never order again because they require proof of the dress defect, which I find unreasonable. Nothing is easy here.

Dress was lovely but too small n too long but difficult to return, I send an email as requested but haven’t had any response, I would never had ordered if I knew it was going to be this much trouble!!!!!!

Good service from start to finish
Ordering of item was easy and it was received in good time as well. Dress is really nice and so comfortable to wear. I returned my first item due to incorrect size and there was no issue with that either - received money back quickly.

Arrived really quickly. Absolutely love the dress. It is a lot longer than it looks on the website which is a good thing. My sister bought the same dress and when I saw the length I wanted to get one too. Maybe the model is a giant!

Gorgeous but small fit.
It was a gorgeous dress but unfortunately it was too small. I’m a standard size 14 but this was just too tight around the waist and I couldn’t get the zip up. Perhaps I’m not so standard after all!
