There are some good bargains to be had from this site, but I found it too difficult to use today. Despite setting filters repeatedly, I was being shown masses of items I had not asked to see. The struggle to find what I wanted was just not worth it.

The items for sale are not seconds yet the prices are amazing. I only discovered the Quality Brands outlet recently when I purchased a beautiful Seasalt River Cove dress at a fraction of the recommended retail price. I have since made further purchases.
My orders have always arrived within 7 days or less. I’m impressed and will continue my custom with them.

the purchase was advertised as M&S however it was a look alike and did not have m&s branding either. the quality and finishing of the product was different and not as good as a previous one i had bought from M&S last season.

Easy to negotiate website. The brand I purchased does appear to be genuine, items I have seen previously in the stores. Delivery is timely and items well packaged. Sale prices seem fair.

Ordered pair of size 10 jeansSent pair of size 12 jeans with size blanked out. Tried emailing just bounced back as undeliverable. Tried Facebook messenger had reply saying was 10 with waist size 27 inches. Asked me to measure, this I did was 29inches ie size 12. Replied to this fact and have had no subsequent reply. Have waited 3 days before giving this review.

Bought a dress for my daughter for work which looks like a second. It had pulls on the body and the piping has a defect. I emailed the email given, no response. I rang and left a message with all the details and no contact. All she wanted was an exchange for the same one without the issues.

I ordered a size 8 (the tags said size 8) but the jeans that arrived were huge with a waist of 30 inches. However once I contacted the customer services they were quick to send out a returns bag and another pair. It was all very efficient and timely.

Tried all the stores and all out of stock of the items i wanted and there the items were on the quality brands outlet. One click and all ordered and delivery was speedy. Items where cheaper than in the original store, delivery excellent and one happy customer thank you.

Great site for designer bargains. Got a lovely skirt for my granddaughter. Perfect fit and was dispatched and delivered very quickly . Would use this site again

First class service, dress arrived within three days of ordering

I purchased a Carhartt WIP jacket reassured that I was purchasing a genuine item at a great price considering how expensive Carhartt items are usually. Upon receiving the item I was initially sceptical about the quality, but again believed I was purchasing from a reputable organisation. I didn't wear the jacket much at first, however it is now clear to me from the quality of the garment, and from seeing other genuine jackets of the same style that this is not a genuine Carhartt product. I have contacted Quality Brands but they have not responded to my emails.
