It was great that I was finally able to purchase this charger! I had been scouring the internet for months with no luck, then I asked chatGPT to help and whaaaalah they connected me with your site.

Good quality class 2 E-bike. The extra battery is very noisy. There should be some padding to reduce the battery rattling around. Packing could be better to reduce damage and loss of loose items in the box.

I bought the BELUGA 3 years ago, then I bought two more different brand e-bikes. So far the BELUGA is the best ebike I ever own. It’s controllable from low level to high level power , smooth take off. I can ride my Beluga ebike all day long no problem. The other one that I bought that has more power and long range. Too aggressive, I have to learn how to control it. If you only holding the handle bar with one hand when it take off you can get into an accident. The BELUGA I can drink coffee while stop and take off with one hand no problem. Any level. If you want a fun ebike and high quality. Qualisports is your bike.

No Return policy, even on defective Charger!!

I bought 2 Volador Ebike for me and my friend. We wanted a lightweight ebike that we can store on a sedan car and bring on our camping trips. We have rented e bikes before but the Volador is the first ebike we actually bought. We have tested it an so far we are having fun riding it. It is lighter than other ebikes on its price range and comfortable to ride. The pedal assist can really go fast with the 5 levels. I try to stick to 1 or 2 so I can still get some exercise . Turning the power off, it was still so easy to ride the ebike specially with the Shimano 7-speed gear. It adds confidence on knowing I can still ride my ebike comfortably even if I ran out of battery. I am no expert on ebikes but so far I am happy with what I got and it does serve its purpose.

(There was a minor issue with one of the item that came with the ebike but qualisports support team responded quickly and was helpful as soon as I emailed them about it. )

We will be bringing our e-bikes this weekend to a campground. I am excited.

I couldn’t be happier about my recent purchase of two Volador e- bikes.
I have been searching for a foldable E bike because my wife and I recently bought a boat and want to take bikes on board so that we can explore some of the local islands near where we live. There’s not a lot of room on the boat and so a lightweight foldable e-bike made sense.
My research brought me to Qualisports. I called the number that was listed on their website and spoke with Carlos. What a great guy! I had many questions, which he answered thoroughly. I never felt rushed in the conversation.
I went forth with the purchase and received the bikes about five days later.
Assembly was a cinch and was made easier by the video link that they provided.
The bikes are fantastic. Both my wife and I have one. They feel really solid and well built and are effortless to ride. Plenty of power! I am very happy that we got bikes with 20 inch wheels. They feel stable at top speeds of 20 miles an hour. The bikes are easy to fold and store. At 6‘1“ tall, I do not feel cramped.
To summarize, the Volador is quality and solidly constructed E-bike that I purchased at a very reasonable price of just under $1200.
My wife and I love the bikes and we were very satisfied with the customer service received, both from Carlos and the company.
For anyone who is considering getting a lightweight foldable E bike, I would highly recommend the Volador

The charger I received did not fit my e-bike battery. I sent a message to this effect to ask for an exchange but you have not responded.

Fast shipping. Poor documentation.

Qualisports resolved my issue fairly quickly after I was sent the wrong item.

I needed a new battery and charger. I received responses from Qualisports through their Facebook site. The charger was on backorder but I received it as soon as it became available.

Bikes came quickly and were easy to assemble. They are sturdy, light weight and really fun. We had some questions and customer support were so very helpful and patient.

I purchased Two folding e-bikes from Qualisports. The build quality is excellent. Both bike had minor issues (bent chainring and malfunctioning headlight) I sent an email describing the issues and got a response with in a hour (Carlos was great!!) I had resolution with in 24 hours. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The customer support was helpful when I was repairing my friend's Qualisport E-bike. There was a part update on the electric motor that I needed to replace. They helped me and provided instructions to properly set up the throttle controller with the new motor.

The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and very quick in responding my inquiries. Also, the representatives provided me a solution to the issue in question.
