website did not say that I was unable to break a case of the stencil wash I purchased. It allowed me to buy 2 and gave me a total for 2 and then shipped 10 and charged me for 10 (a full case).

The first sales person I contacted was…
The first sales person I contacted was not attentive to what I was trying to get across to him. After couple weeks, I talked to someone else and this guy was much better. The products took much longer than expected which I’m not sure who’s fault that is, manufacturer or the distributor.

The only problem was that I had to speak to three individuals before the purchase could be completed. That's a problem for the customer, and indicates some failure in your ordering process, especially since the item I required was rapidly located and order taken.
