Customer service at Qsource was great for the foot rest I ordered, however the delay in receiving this item was a little excessive from the time of promised delivery.

Excellent Customer Service
I had troubles with entering my credit card info into the web forms to purchase a few items. The system kept denying my credit card information and thus not allowing me to order my items. I called Q-Source and spoke with Ibis. He quickly helped me get my order placed manually and was very helpful. Excellent Customer Service, quick response, and thorough follow-through.

Great team
The original person I dealt with was very helpful and friendly and took my order over the phone. I called back to see if I could change my order and while it was possible, we decided not to do so. Then I received a call today to notify me that a special was in-process allowing free-shipping.
