Not boring nor monotone courses
2nd course I took from QRP International - PeopleCert. Started with ITIL4 Foundation and now passed ITIL4 MSF.. Other that I find the UX lacking of both platforms, the study materials they provide and the set up of the courses provides the right kind of challenge! With a lot of theoretical information it is always important not to become monotone.. For me personally both the selfstudy as the webinars offer this..

Really good training and content.
Badr the trainer was really interesting and dynamic. He answered all of our questions. We covered the whole materials content in 3 days. Thank you very much for the quality and the conscientiousness.

Outstanding training
Hi team, I was on a Prince 2 training and I found its content and the way it was delivered both very helpful and insightful. All the examples delivered by the trainer were very clear and made the difference. These were useful for passing the exam, but also to grow as a PM professional myself. Thank you

Although training was performed remotely in a hybrid mode the trainer was very good engaging all staff and everybody actively participated in that. Material prepared was sufficiently prepared and well explained. As a small hint although the web conferencing system was not the main one used by QRP the trainer managed it pretty well except maybe the first day that he was getting familiar with this.

Training very good, training support process to review
The training was great, the only "negative point" was related the support we should have, "QRP training site" and "Peoplecert training site" weren't working, unless the last day. Not easy to prepare for the exam without it but I did it :-)
