Very professional teacher with enourmous experience. Stay at "conceptal change mgt" without tools etc as in an ADKAR training. Please pay attention that of the 8 students, 5 were coming for the same organisation working on the same project which handicaped a bit benchmark possibilities / share of bad/best practices with the other students

The ITIL v4 module
The ITIL v4 module was explained in such a way that it's easy to digest. Online course was verry interactive.

Nous comprenons tout à fait votre remarque concernant le délai d'attente avant le début de la formation – malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas toujours en mesure de remplir toutes les places disponibles et nous devons parfois reporter les sessions. C'est un sujet que nous abordons régulièrement en interne, merci de l'avoir souligné !
Formation inutilisable/inapplicable
Cette formation se base sur des outils et applications beaucoup trop rigides inpplaplicables en situation réelle, tout en se cachant derrière le prétexte que chacun peut appliquer la méthode Prince2 à sa façon...

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Nous sommes désolés que la formation PRINCE2 n’ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes.
PRINCE2 est en effet une méthodologie structurée qui propose un cadre de référence adaptable selon le contexte et la maturité de chaque organisation. L’objectif de la formation est d’apprendre à interpréter et ajuster ces principes et outils pour qu’ils soient applicables de manière pragmatique dans la réalité du terrain.
Nous prenons toutefois bonne note de votre ressenti et le transmettons à notre équipe pédagogique afin d’améliorer la clarté sur ce point pendant la formation.
