A week-long training delivered by world-class level teacher. If all courses have such a quality as this one, I would thoroughly recommend.

Like everyone else said; AVOID QA by ALL MEANS.
I strongly urge everyone to avoid QA at all costs. I deeply regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as I ended up wasting an entire year and facing immense disappointment.

At the moment all the inquiries for contact are being operated by one lady who answers approximately once a week no matter if topic is important or not . She told me to come as soon as possible as "semester starts in March " . I spent approx 1000 pounds for plain tickets accomodation , loss of income in job and so on for 3 days to come to uni - and she was informed fully about the situation . Guess what ? I passed exams and was told that school starts in January or June . Not in March . Many thanks for the attitude . My half week time and quite a money doesn't matter cause it's not hers . Have I heard at least sorry ? No . She claimed that I exploited the company by "coming using all services and than leaving " . I strongly do not recommend having any contact with those . Mike

Well structured course with excellent well-written support documentation and leaning materials. Easy bite-size chunks of learning with a formal exam giving credence to learning and assurance to my employer

The communication has been great for me. Very flexible and helpful. I secured my Apprenticeship within 2 weeks of application, the process was made so easy by Humaira. From securing an interview and preparing for it, they have been so helpful and I am so grateful!

I've had an in-person and online course, both teachers were brilliant and able to engage with the classes and keep the learning fun.

Delivery was excellent. Quizzes and games were a great addition to liven up the course.

Great experience with great practical things to do to break up simply listening. More of a refresher than learning but still really good.

Dr. Fayad did an excellent job delivering the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture course in a practical and engaging manner. The fun revisions and clear explanations during the sessions were extremely helpful, providing an easy framework for tackling the exam questions. I'm happy to report that I passed both the Foundation and Practitioner exams!

Used course last week to prepare for ITILv4 Foundation exam and thanks to course and learning materials was able to pass

QA have been professional and efficient from securing me a good company to work for, to delivering the course training. Katy Jackson the recruitment advisor, was great at keeping me updated through out the employment phase, friendly and approachable at all times.
The delivery of training has also has been very positive, always keeping me updated of course content and reviews to be completed. Rebecca the learning consultant, is frequently updating on what needs to be covered within the training programme. I was recommend QA from family members and pleased I took their advice.

Absolutely shocking, Ive been contacted by them from a number of consultants about different data apprenticeships and even had an interview through them and got no feedback and got blocked by all the consultants for asking about other roles they orignally contacted me about.

The ICAgile course was very informative and engaging. It helped to broaden my understanding of agile and learn the fundamental reasons why and how the constituent elements of agile processes work.

The content is coming at the right time for me and the trainer was amusing, engaging and bought us on a journey - well done

Really engaging course. A little sceptical at first having had other online session "done to me" in the past(by other providers. However this became quickly evident not to be the case with QA. Had brilliant time, learnt lots and cannot thank the trainer Antony enough for his input. The best training I have had in a long, long time

From initial contact to the training being delivered, everything was very detailed and professional.

Friendly trainer and using real life experience to explain the topic.

Nearly at the end of my second year of a 3 year degree apprenticeship. A small handful of tutors are brilliant, but I have so far been required to lodge official complaints due to assignments only being partially marked and graded. Fobbed off until the end of the module whereupon the complaint about delivery doesn't matter any more. Marking of assignments and grades being released are usually late and rushed. Reviews so far have happened every 4 months on average and well over the 12 weeks maximum. Churn of digital work coaches constantly providing little consistency. Expect a 2 day wait on any emails sent to QA. Workshops consist of being put into groups where there is no interaction and systems don't work. Assignments are vague and the sessions explaining what QA are looking for have been dropped so you're second guessing what they want you to include until you've made your final submission and it's all too late. Get yourself signed up, prepare for negligible support, lots of hard work and even more disappointment. £25k well spent.
