AVOID Terrible training provider

I had a course through my employer doing CompTIA, The course was 1 week long and was so badly done. The trainer was no use as he was to busy doing other things including reading messages on his phone. The course content is rushed to put you through labs that dont all work properly. They try to squeeze a 100 hours of content into a badly taught 40 hour course with about 2 hours of breaks per day. Pleas look elswhere or do it the far cheaper way fully in your own time. There isnt enough space here to write all their failings. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Can't relate to the 1-star reviews on here as my experience with QA has been nothing but positive and highly professional at every stage.

I have recently started a Data Analyst apprenticeship with them, which I'm enjoying so far.

The main point of this review, though, is to credit the senior recruiter Nathalie Payne for all the help she gave me in securing my new job. Over several months, Nathalie kept me updated about really good, relevant opportunities, helped me prepare for each interview, and was always on hand to answer my many questions! I am extremely grateful for the support that Nathalie gave me, as she played a massive part in helping me secure the exact job I wanted. She is helpful, friendly, and genuinely cares – everything that you could possibly want from a recruiter. Thank you Nathalie!

Genuinely incompetent

Genuinely incompetent, DLC takes 4 weeks minimum to get back to you after emailing and calling. Zero communication about the projects, very depressing enviroment.

Would avoid any course in the future…

Would avoid any course in the future with QA. The learning was shaky at best, the swapping and changing had no consideration to the fact we work while studying, I.e the whole concept of an apprenticeship. Having now passed waiting weeks upon weeks for a transcript so I could start my next course for it to still not arrive and me miss out on starting my masters. So now my entire future will be a year delayed. Honestly would never suggest anyone use this provider for Apprenticeships.

Humairah from QA was absolutely outstanding throughout my apprenticeship application process! She went above and beyond in every way possible for me, providing her expert guidance with kindness and patience. Her support was invaluable, and she made many potentially stressful process feel so much easier. I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism and exceptional service. Humairah is THE BEST person to go to for anyone looking for apprenticeships or jobs, she will cover absolutely EVERYTHING with you, from finding jobs/apprenticeships, CVs all the way down to the interview and paperwork.

Within one week she helped me get my apprenticeship. She definitely is the person to go to.

Massive thanks to Humairah for all the help! She deserves a raise!

10/10 Instructor Nick Thomas for P3O, highly recommend

I studied for my P3O Foundation and Practitioner via MyQA with instructor Nick Thomas.

The course was tricky and some exam questions are counterintuitive (thanks peoplecert) but our instructor managed to guide us through how to handle these situations / exam scenarios with ease and as such I feel confident for my exam. He was tasked with a group of varying levels of knowledge and taught us with patience, keeping us engaged for the full week, and ensured we were prepared.

Given the difficulty of the content, I strongly feel I would not have managed as well as I did without my particular instructor Nick Thomas and as such would recommend you request him if possible. A very experienced and highly educated instructor!

MS PowerPoint Essentials Review

Course instructor Richard B, took time to answer all questions and investigated to provide answers even when questions were not part of the original delivery plan. He did it in way that brought his audience along with him. That is rare to find in course instructors who normally just gloss it over saying "you'll have to attend the next xyz to learn that".

I’m really grateful to have come into contact with Nathalie Payne, who has been a tremendous help over the past few months in securing a role. Our first contact was when I reached the final stage of an interview, which I was unfortunately unsuccessful in. Excellent TOGAF delivery from Dr Fayad

Dr Fayad did a great job of teaching us the complex topic of TOGAF in a way that was engaging, informative and based on experience. The organisation worked well, materials and trainer were great. Overall pleased with our training course, recommended!

Hugely let down

I trained with them through my former organization. But when I left the previous company and wanted to resit one of the exams and reached to the account manager but the account manager has been promoted and told me to contact the successor.
Unfortunately the new person kept on talking nonsense and what the new person wanted was to sell me a complete new course, completely disinterested in me as paid learner.

Despite that I have the written proof with the terms from when I made the booking that they would help me with revision and ensure that I pass my test as a goal. I showed them the term sheet and also made a complaint to their customer service team but no joy.

I ended up studying with another company and have no problem and have had a positive experience.

I gave them two stars only because that their tutors are good and professional. However, their management and customer service are appalling.

I was told by the new account manager that there was no point engage them as individual, as they mostly dealt with corporate.

For corporate user, make sure you use credit card to pay for the transaction.

Platform unstable, support terrible

I am no longer able to login using my Apple ID, which means I cannot receive a service.
I contracted support, who did NOTHING.
This means I cannot use my account OR even cancek my subscription, which is rubbish!

Long story short they are not a serious organisation. id stay away. being a student is already hard enough and most of you thinking to join them are maybe parents as well or at least working professionals, these guys won't make your life easier by the contrary. if you need some help from them, good luck!
