Comprehensive, well-designed, well-delivered training
I did the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Enterprise Architecture Course, delivered by Dr. Fayed. The content is enormous and quite challenging, but Dr. Fayed made it easy and fun. Highly recommended.

Well presented by a great trainer
The SQL Administrator Course was very well presented by the trainer, who clearly had extensive knowledge of the subject and relayed it in a relatable real-life way, so it was easy for me to understand the course topics and to enable them to be applied to workplace situations.
I am a relative novice, and the pace of learning was ideal for me and engaging at the same time.
I learned whole new topics and also increased my knowledge of areas I thought I knew! Being able to keep the course materials is a massive bonus as I can go through the whole lot again if I need to or just take snippets out when applying this new knowledge to my existing working role.

Quality Assured Training!
We had a great day with Gerry. It was our first experience of the new Effective Project Delivery developed for our Local Authority. The organization was excellent, we had regular mile markers in the days leading up to the training, so we were well organised, in these communications we were provided with pre-course material and information so we had a good understanding of the learning objectives before we began. The training was well paced and enthusiastically delivered by someone who knew what he was talking about and genuinely wanted to share his knowledge and experience in an encouraging and motivating way. There was excellent interactive course material and the group exercises through the day were a chance to benefit from the experience of colleagues from across the organization. It was a really enjoyable day and I completed the training feeling that I was coming away with something of value which I could apply to my job going forward. Excellent, thank you!

I attended a virtual Excel Essentials…
I attended a virtual Excel Essentials course with QA and Harvey was an excellent tutor, the pace of the course was good and Harvey made sure that everyone was following what he was explaining to us. He answered all of our questions and I didn't feel like he was impatient with us at all. I would definitely recommend QA training, I cannot find any fault with the course I attended at all. It was very informative and easy to follow.

This was a great learning experience. It's been a long time since I did an exam, but QA provided great course materials, clear instructions, a great trainer, and a supportive and inclusive environment.

Excellent Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course
Excellent Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt week two course run by Kevin Ollivier. Kevin explained everything really well and was always happy to stop and give more examples and allow time for discussion etc which greatly enhanced our learning. Kevin also ran excellent revision sessions.

Don't waste your time
You will spend more time trying to solve QA's technical problems than studying by a ratio of about 2:1. Total waste of time, money and energy. The 5 star reviews are fake. Do yourself a favour and don't go anywhere near this company. Use Coursera or Youtube for your learning.

In response to your reply, I have contacted and spoken to QA many times with no solutions or improvements. Just an unending supply of false promises to keep me wasting my time by staying on the course. Every time I contact QA it's like the first time, where nothing I have mentioned previously was ever recorded or acted upon. This was the same with the course. Chasing QA and informing them at every step and just getting ignored and passed around.
None of your SOPs or instructions are correct or up to date, wasting even more time. This means every little task QA asks you to complete ends up being an ordeal that lasts hours. Upon contacting QA to sort this out, I'm often told, "Oh yeah, those don't work so don't worry about them," or, "Oh yeah, they're way out of date." Then why did you send them to me and let me spend hours trying to solve a problem that's unsolvable??? The only way is to dig through your company to find the right person to walk me through it, which is also very time consuming.
Even the briefs for tasks are given after the tasks are completed, meaning clear instructions and word counts are only given after you think you've completed the task. Expect many drafts for each task and a lot more time wasted.
Whilst QA claim you will study approx. 1 day per week, it doesn't inform you that you will be spending another 1.5 days per week trying to figure out how and what you're studying. Be aware that you will not have 1 day less to do your job, but half the time.
My employer is rightly livid at paying me to sort out QA's operational problems, whilst learning very little about my course or benefiting my company at all. All these courses do is prepare you for working for QA troubleshooting and learning all of their over-complicated and inept systems, with a little bit of learning the course on the side.

Actually awful to be honest.
I am 3 modules in to my first year. The marking is grammatically incorrect, contradicts draft marking and is soul destroying. I am being told that my software is rubbish by people with barely any experience in software at all! The DTS degree is surely a miss with this lot.
Run away whilst you can. Everyone on my course is complaining and QA couldn't care less. I have complained at the end of each module, highlighting errors and failures within module delivery and NOTHING has changed.
Good luck to anyone who chooses to sign up with this bunch.

The trainer was very nice, witty, sharp and always aroused interest in the subject among all the students

Things that impressed me:
The Pre-course work available that settled my worries and made me feel confident going in to the course.
The platform they chose to deliver the course on - very easy to use.
Most of all the calibre of trainer (Neil Mars in this instance) that took, what could very easily have been, quite a dry subject and made it interesting with his stories and experiences that really applied the subject matter to live scenarios.

Excellent tutor
Gentha was knowledgeable and engaging and able to incorporate specific requirements into the training. We exceeded the expectations of the course, which was well paced and very informative. Will practice everything we learned and plan to tackle the masterclass at some point in the future.
