Excellent service

Prompt delivery by a method I consider reliable, good prices, well packaged & exactly as described. Puzzles Galore is now my 'go to' for Jan van Haasteren jigsaws, even have a waiting list for new releases. Very happy.

Easy to order on website

Easy to order on website. Jigsaws despatched very quickly. Packed well.Bought a few times before from Puzzles Galore and always received jigsaws within a couple of days. I would recommend to any one looking to buy jigsaws.

Absolutely first class.

The website is very easy to navigate and use. A fantastic selection of quality puzzles at excellent prices. Excellent communications from the seller. My order was processed, shipped and delivered very quickly and arrived in perfect condition thanks to the excellent packaging. Absolutely first class.

Delivery problems

My mother ordered a jigsaw for me for Christmas. It arrived at some point before 28th December and Royal Mail left it next to the dustbin at the back of the house but didn’t bother to leave a card saying they had done this. I arrived home on 27th December when it chucked it down with rain. If I’d known there was a parcel to take in, I would have done so. The box is ruined but as the puzzle is in a plastic bag, it is still doable. Currently trying to dry out the picture and box
