Great service

Have used this company before and found them. Fast efficient and the service excellent too. A good range of puzzles in stock and lots to choose from. Will continue to use them

A great game marred by disappointing quality of components.

Scrabble Duplicate is an excellent variation on conventional Scrabble but the board, tiles and individual white boards and dry erase pens are extremely disappointing. The dry erase pens are not, in use with these boards, dry erase. I would have paid more to get a better made set. Part of the pleasure of playing a physical board game is handling well-made components.

Thoroughly recommended

Really great range of puzzles in lots of different styles and sizes. The service was really good and my parcel arrived quickly and well packaged. I will definitely be shopping with this company again.

Received tracking information for my…

Received tracking information for my delivery 12 days ago & I still havent received it. Fobbed off by saying 'issues with royal mail' - I've had numerous deliveries with royal mail recently and nothing has been delayed.

I accidently duplicated an order

I accidently duplicated an order. Rather than 'Puzzles Galore' emailing me about this in order to confirm things, they just sent me the two identical orders. This was even though I realised my mistake and emailed them straight away to only send me one order. Of course, they ignored this. Not happy. Poor service.

Excellent service

I am impressed with the sheer variety of puzzles offered. The puzzles are competitively priced, of good quality, and delivery was swift and trouble free.
