Only a few places had this puzzle and the cost was ridiculous, So Puzzles Galore, having purchased from them before became the front runner for this purchase. Wasn't in stock, the the pre-order system worked and I was kept informed, so much so it's on route with Royal Mail. Many thanks

Always a great experience with Puzzles Galore. A good range of brands and piece counts from which to choose. Order process is smooth and I am kept up to date with its progress. Any problems are quickly dealt with. Can't go wrong with Puzzles Galore.

Help
So far, I’m not impressed. I have confirmation email, no tracking number to confirm where my shipment is and I still have t received the item but test I’m being asked to rate the item. How ridiculous. All I can find is this was ordered on June 14 - two weeks ago. I’ll have to reach out to customer service to figure out what’s going on.

We've looked into your order and can confirm it was dispatched promptly, and tracking shows it's currently going through US Customs, which is the final step before delivery. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when parcels take a little longer to arrive, especially internationally.

First of all, you were the people who carried this particular puzzle. It’s not widely available so I was very happy to find it. Your price and shipping were good. The puzzle arrived in Canada in perfect shape and very quickly. Overall a great experience.
