We tried "the inheritance". Was good and fun. We spent 1,5 h happily.

These games are really fun, very cleverly created.
Brilliant team play.

We had a slight issue with our second game, in that the telephone number for a clue hint was out of order. As it was the weekend we were unable to contact anyone.

Contacted Tom at customer service who resolved the situation by way of compensation.

Excellent company.

Easy to order and delivered wi th care. Looks brilliant! Can’t wait for Christmas now to play!

Such a great company with such interesting and fun games! Had tried one of the murder mystery’s and loved it so brought the task master advent calendar this year to do as a family. Doing a couple days at a time and have laughed so hard doing the extra tasks and trying to find the clues. Difficult enough you have to think about it and took around 5-10 minutes for each door. Loving it so far and looking forward to finding Alex!

Can I really only give 5 stars? Tom in customer service has just saved Xmas! I bought some Taskmaster Xmas crackers the other week then realised there was also an advent calendar too! Was going to wait until I got paid to buy it but then realised that it was sold out.. EVERYWHERE!! I contacted Puzzlepost the other day and yesterday morning received an email saying one was available and would be reserved for me. A lot of address issues and back and forth emails with Tom, made me think I wasn't going to get one, but Tom played a blinder and I've now ordered one.
Should make a movie about this... The Tom who saved Xmas!

We had a great time completing the disappearance. The puzzles were both challenging but equally rewarding.

Ordered an item from puzzle post and it was dropped in a puddle by Royal Mail resulting in a soggy damaged product.
Contacted customer service and they dispatched a replacement incredibly quickly.

Fantastic service which seems a rarity in this day and age.

Delivery service was good but cannot comment on the contents because they will not be used until Xmas.

Ordered the Traitors Christmas Crackers as they were such a hit with my family last year. With the Celebrities Traitors bring so popular on TV this year, I didn’t want to miss out. Crackers arrived incredibly quickly and beautifully packaged. Can’t wait!

Played The Blunder, with my teammates. Really made you think outside the box for clues! Surprisingly the longer reading one took the shortest amount of time to crack the code. We loved the game. Great team building game! Would definitely recommend to those that love puzzles!

I had accidentally ordered the wrong item, Tom was quick to respond and get it sorted. He confirmed the details for me to return the item and kindly exchanged it for the item I wanted. Packaging was sturdy and postage was quick.
