Awful should tell you, you need photo ID before booking and should offer refunds for appointments that are cancelled straight after booking. Lost £45 for nothing. Surely cost should be paid after seei... Leggi di più

Horrendous, waited an hour, did all the tests but sound did not work on the call. Asked to go back to waiting room. Waited 20 mins again then got a phone call to say Doctor had a family emergency?? Awfully convenient after a massive waste of my time. I hung up on the person who called asI was so angry from the stress and anxiety you put me through. Never again.
The ease of booking when referred through the Nhs is great, lots of appt slots, the doctors on push doctor are variable, the first one i realise was quite abrasive, however just spoken to Dr Aldred who was absolutely lovely. The technical issues on push doctor are another story, the waiting room times you out and you have to log back in, if you are in the appt too long you are timed out, and you will be in the appt too long as there is loss of sight and hearing during the consultation. if they could sort the technical issues this would be 5 star
I just wasted £45. Don't use this guys, just book an appointment with a real consultant.
After I waited for so long, someone came and spent 5 minutes with me to tell me what I didn't need a doctor to know. Zero experience, totally a scam. I don't need a doctor to run a scam app like this.
I was referred to Push Doctor for physiotherapy. The physio doctor, Dr Mansi Shah was informative and understanding during my consultation. The doctor emailed physio rehab exercise videos to do, to help relieve my painful condition and to my amazement it worked. I have been following the rehab exercise plan for the past 7 months and I am glad to state I am pain free. Thank you Push doctor and Dr Shah for your knowledgeable advice.
Waste of money can't give you any medication told to ring 111 or walk in centre it's a scam
Took my money, booked an appointment but then when I logged into the app there seemed to be a technical issue - I couldn't press the button to 'join consultation'.
I contacted pushdoctor a month ago to try and resolve my issue but they haven't responded or refunded my money.

It's Wednesday and they don't even have appointments available until FRIDAY afternoon. What's the point in paying £45 for an appointment when I can't even see a GP for days. I may as well wait for the NHS.

My GP practice referred me to this service as all their slots for consultation had been taken. It was free of charge. I was impressed. I had to wait half an hour after my appointment slot but that was fine as I was in my own home. The GP was helpful and issues me with a prescription for antibiotics. The system was easy to use and it was good to see a GP even if on video. I had a good choice of appointment times on the same day that I contacted them. I would recommend the service as a good alternative to seeing your usual GP
My GP invited me to use this service as a result of of my online request for an appointment. Appointment 5pm, I was 4th in queue initially.. At.5.23 I was put through to Dr S. and it imediately said connection failed, nothing would reconnect. I spoke to helpline, they were extremely helping and acomodating, every time I returned to position 1, initial connection to Dr S again, same deal. Had to retry process ID, photo internet checks etc several times, same with Dr F, 3 opportunities failed. Helpline said 5 different Drs tried to link with me. I have super speed Internet for work.

Trying again tomorrow, if that doesn't work, I will make a complaint and return to my surgery.
What a scam.
I paid £45 to be told I have an ear infection but needed to see my NHS GP or call 111 for antibiotics!
What on earth is the point in this service ? If I could get an appointment with my NHS GP I wouldn't need to have booked with PUSH DOCTOR.

Appalling service. Don’t waste your time and money. Appointment was easy to book but it never came through as app failed. Call back option never happened either. Solving the problem was impossible because no agents were available to take call, on hold 25 minutes. Got a young kid receptionist who couldnt put me through to a manager. Useless.
First call was abandoned by the doctor as he claimed he couldn’t hear me
Had to book again and pay twice for a new appointment which resulted in a prescription being sent to me by post ! Asked for it to be sent to a pharmacy as had been done previously but I was informed that this was not possible ! 5 days later still waiting for prescription
I booked an appointment, uploaded my ID, and checked into the virtual waiting room 10 minutes beforehand, and then was held in a ‘queue’ for 45 minutes. Whilst waiting I contacted the ‘Live Chat’ operative who said they would organise a new appointment as ‘a matter of priority’ but then the chat went quiet. I was unable to wait any longer either for the original appointment or for the chat operative to get back to me, due to other commitments, so had to disconnect after almost an hour without being seen. I had to contact my surgery to request another link to rebook and have a new slot tomorrow - hopefully this time the appointment takes place and without such an unacceptably lengthy wait.
UPDATE: I booked a new appointment for the following day (29th November) and this time waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Hugely disappointing, especially as I didn’t choose Push Doctor myself but was directed towards an appointment with them via my GP practice.
What can I say... A spendid service run by positive and helpful staff. I had an issue with my application on my mobile telephone device which resulted in me needing to call the customer service and have my issue troubleshooted.
I spoke to a kind lady I do not recall her name but I wish I did now, who assisted me through the process and I was able to book an appointment within 2 hours.
The doctor was very attentive and the outcome provided to me was very acute to my symptoms, and I believe I would not have had the same experience if I waited to book with my own GP.
This was a very successful first use of the app, and for someone who has tech-anxiety and not very phone savvy I feel confident to use this application in future.

This service was amazing. I was able to see a GP within hours of registering and booking an appointment. A really fast and efficient service that I would absolutely recommend to all my family and friends. Really worth every penny.
Awful service. Both myself and my daughter were ill for more than 3 days. Made the booking and was waiting on the call for 20min. I gave up. I then got a call from a doctor who was in a rush and after I explained my symptoms she said that it’s likely I need antibiotics but I should contact my GP! What was the point of spending £45 for literally a 4 min call that didn’t help at all.
The GP was very polite and took the time to listen to how I was feeling and prescribed me with medication which helped to make me feel much better.
What a relief. Couldn’t get to see my GP. Was suffering.
Only issue it was a few hours wait to get a slot. They are obviously busy. I had used them around three years ago and got an appointment within the hour. Prescription was sent to my local pharmacy. Very convenient!
Excellent experience...unable to get a appointment with my gp at all ...and i needed urgent medical attention .Gp waa lovely and precribed antibotics with it i would have had an emergency admittence to hospital
