Listened to concerns and symptoms asked lots of questions which is more than my local GP would, was satisfied with the diagnosis and ease of use of app.

Cancelled on me after waiting half an hour in the digital waiting room.
When I was finally able to rebook, I brought up three areas of concern to the doctor, and each time she said I needed to come in to see a GP in person.
A complete waste of time.
Misdiagnosed. Told I had dermatitis even though I knew it wasn’t. Saw a pharmacist first and then my own doctor who both agreed with me. Doctor gave me antibiotics for an infection.
I recently interacted with Pushdoctor's customer service team, and I am incredibly impressed with their support, especially from Asyah Ally.
Despite not having the consultation, Asyah's assistance was outstanding. Her professionalism and expertise shone through, making my experience highly positive.

Well if it wasn’t for push doctor I would be suffering with my ailments. Surgeries, impossible to get face to face appointments. Had a rash on my face for over a yr. My surgery had no appointment for me to sort it, so I’m living with it. Thanks push docs

This was my first time using Push Doctor and I didn’t know what to expect.
I received a telephone call ahead of my consultation to inform me that the doctor was ready and that I needed to log into the virtual waiting room. On doing so, my identity was checked and there was sound and vision checks on my device to ensure that the ‘face to face’ consultation would be successful.
The doctor I spoke to, listened to my concerns, asked me questions relating to them, and then made a referral for further investigation at a local hospital.
I didn’t feel rushed at all as I was given sufficient time to explain my health problem.
I am happy to recommend this service.
What a brilliant way to speak to a GP! Doctors are struggling but Push Doctor take the pressure off and can do everything but physically examine patients. The ones I’ve spoken to made sure I understood my condition, prescribed medication which was ready to collect shortly after. I’m wheelchair bound so this option is better for me. The doctor reassured me that they’ve got access to my file, which I felt confident they could make a positive diagnosis. This may not suit everyone obviously but it truly is much better to sit at home then travelling to be treated.
Excellent service. Appointment was carried out whilst at work. Very helpful and quick service. Would highly recommend
I had an appointment with Pushdoctor on July 4 2023, where I was supposed to discuss my symptoms and receive appropriate medication. However, the appointment did not go as expected. During the appointment, my symptoms were not addressed, and I was only asked to confirm my identity. I was provided with an NHS letter but not the medication I needed. So I ask for refund and they said, they reject my request cause GP advised me to call 111. I was supposed to charged for treatment not advise!
My GP was closed over the weekend so I couldn't go and I thought this could be a good option. Disappointed. £45 for a 5min call (2min which involves checking your name/address/DOB etc) just to be told to take paracetamol to treat tonsillitis. I experience tonsillitis every year and it's excruciating pain to swallow or talk or sleep or work and has always been treated with antibiotics.
Appointment was 45 mins late. Dr was ok but audio quality wasn’t the best. Worst thing is my electronic prescription hasn’t turned up at the agreed pharmacy so I’m going to have to go on a wild goose chase to find it.
I agree with Neil Harris, take your money and offer your bugger all. Be careful as they are a waste of time and money.

Paid £45 for the doctor to ring me and tell me to go see a doctor. Even though they agreed it’s most likely a bacterial infection called C.Diff what a waste of time and money that was.
Basic concept is good, however app is clunky to use and doesn't allow you to correct data. App offers you appointments which have already gone which makes booking a frustrating process.
Doctor I had a consultation with was unhelpful. This doctor wanted me to wait a few weeks and 'see how it went'. That's not ideal when I can't breathe properly. I won't be using PD again.
