Delayed postage

I ordered a foot support for Plantar Fasciitis from Purple Shopper 4 months ago and got them today. After about 6 weeks I contacted them to say they had not arrived. I immediately got a refund. There was obviously a delay due to COVID19. The product I ordered seems very good.

I ordered products in March, recieved an email saying they have been shipped. Still not recieved and tracking says in China, cannot email company, their website doesn't load either. Who do I contact to report this?

Ordered product on 9 April

Ordered product on 9 April. Still hasn't arrived and according to tracking is still in China (it was meant to be coming from Canada not China) and has been since 28 April (apparently cleared for shipping). No idea what is taking so long as I paid for priority shipping! Covid-19 aside, parcels are still moving around the world. I emailed them to chase it up and it bounced back as undeliverable. Their website also has an error displaying like it doesn't exist. I'd say I won't be getting what I ordered and that I most likely won't be getting what I paid for the item back. Not happy!

I ordered 2 items from them early March…

I ordered 2 items from them early March and still not arrived. I mailed them and I got a curt reply about the Corona virus. I did the same with another company who were really kind and had excellent customer skills. These people have't even bothered to update their customers who would understand if only they were informed. I mailed them just now and the email bounced back so who knows even if they are in business or not.

I tried their product because their website offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Their company representative stated on Facebook that if a customer was not satisfied after trying product, that person would get a full refund. This product did not work for me. It caused more foot pain than going barefoot. They now claim that they can only accept a return if it has not been used.

Chinese Drop-shipping Rip-off

Don't bother with Purple Shopper. From my experience purchasing from them, they just drop-ship items directly from China. They operate out of a post office box (check out their address in Google Maps) and add no value to your purchases. You're better off finding the exact same items on AliExpress for (in my case for the Plantar Fasciitis supports) 10% of the price including postage.

Fast shipping, excellent customer service.

I ordered my product and accidentally put in the wrong address. Customer service changed it right away with no issues at all! I received it 7 days after ordering and was super happy with the product. Would order from Purple Shopper again :)

Very satisfied with the delivery and the item. It only took 9 days for my order to arrive and it's exactly what's being advertised. Will surely purchase more items from them.

I ordered the planter faciatis support…

I ordered the planter faciatis support bands, Its been 2 weeks and still nothing, they promised it within 3 days! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I tracked it and it still is in CHINA!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Taking too long to receive item

I agree with Ayleen! I ordered the same thing for my mom. I did receive emails for my order but we haven’t received the actual order. We ordered on December 16th and it’s January 11th. I just emailed them to contact me. As soon as I hear back I can change my review too.
