Iphone

I tried to order an iPhone 17 pro and a case for it and the case was processed but the phone kept getting cancelled so I call customer support and they say it was cancelled due to “risk” and my address wasn’t verified😐. So they say wait a few days because they would open a ticket or whatever to see what the problem is. A few days pass and I call again and they tell me the EXACT same thing. This happened once more and atp I’m done. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cancellation w/o explanation... No one knows anything

I have been trying to order for 5 days now but my order keeps getting cancelled. I have called 3x and been in 2 chats and no one can tell me why this keeps happening. Then the amount of time to solve the problem 5-7 days is ridiculous. By the time it gets "solved" I am sure the item will be sold out. I have provided all info needed and all I do is keep getting stonewalled and pushed off.

Fraudulent

Purchasing Power has been consistently taking money out of my account for over a month. These charges were made for a product that was already paid off, which is unacceptable. After reviewing my account, I also noticed I was overcharged on several purchases. I strongly encourage others to check their account summaries carefully to make sure you haven’t been overcharged as well. I will be pursuing legal action to resolve this matter.

I like Purchase Power bc of the conscience. My tv went out and I didn’t have money to buy one so I got it through PP. I dislike the price hike. Does each state or employer have a different selection of what they can purchase? I saw where some could purchase furniture but I can’t get it on my app

I recently purchased a ninja air fryer…

I recently purchased a ninja air fryer from them which is extremely overpriced but any ways they shipped out the product and took the whole amount out of my paycheck!!!! And couldn’t tell me why when I originally requested to have payments taking out every pay period!!!! I was highly pissed!! Contact customer service and they was dumb as a rock sorry that’s what I got from them!! I will be removing them asap from my LES because the item is already paid for !!! My first time with them and last , they should not be allowed to be in business with the federal government!! They are scammmers!!!!!!!!!

After careful review of your account it appears that instead of setting up the Allotment to deduct the payment amount of $14.37 you authorized for the entire cost of the order to be deducted effective March 21st. Terrible Human Beings in this Company - Extremely Unethical

We are writing this from the perspective of a supplier partner. In our communication with them, or lack of, we were treated in a rude and dismissive way. The personal retribution has cost my team mightily, and while it's out of my control as this company's founder, they did express that they would leave bad reviews.

They don’t care about their customers

They are making me pay for a trip to Mexico in spite of all that’s going on with the cartel and the government and then still expect me to pay over $1600 for a trip that I do not feel safe going on. They were no help at all. They did not care and I will not be using them again.

UPDATE: I received a phone call from corporate today and they refunded me my money. They apologize for how the situation was handled.

Received cheaper item with no price adjustment

I purchased a PS5 in December 2025. I received a different item than the one I ordered. I asked for a price adjustment since the item I received was cheaper. The man I was dealing with stated that according to their supplier the PS5 I received was more expensive than the one I ordered and they wouldn’t do a price adjustment. This is not the case. He offered me to return the item for a refund. Due to the poor customer service and him not knowing the prices of their items I decided to keep the item since I can’t guarantee that I will actually get the refund. So now I will be paying a higher price for a lesser item. I will never order anything from them again. I also made sure to tell my coworkers at Disney about my experience.

Terrible company

If I could give this company, zero stars I would back in July 2025 I ordered a $2000 iPhone which I never received. I called the company and was told they would look into it. I called UPS they had a tracking number but yet didn’t have the phone. I called Purchasing Power again. I even talked to human resource about it and had a phone call from a manager asked me to call her. I thought we were gonna fix the problem but nope she never answered me back. She never answered my email so now I’m stuck paying for a phone that I never received. Pretty sad. Never will I order anything from this company again?

I am grateful to PP when I need or even want something that I can't afford full price upfront, I'm able to make smaller payments and not make a huge impact on my finances, very convenient!

This absolutely one of the worst…

This absolutely one of the worst companies. I brought tires from them. It was the wrong tires. I return them the same day. Got an email a day or two later about the tires being returned. One month later they are still taking money out of my paycheck and have not returned the credit and tell me they do not refund you your money. I called every week twice a week to see what the update was and kept getting the run around. Literally the same answer wait 24-48 business days. I ask to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to Raja and there was absolutely nothing he can do and was no help. He stated they don’t give him any information or updates but my problem has been escalated to the right team. I asked to talk to someone higher than him and he told me it will take 5 business days. Still haven’t heard from anyone. I will never buy another thing from them and I will spread the word about this company to anyone I can. For them to treat customers like this especially loyal customers it’s ridiculous. Plus they up charge all their prices so I should have known better. If I could give a negative star I would.

I strongly recommend people do not order from here. They are very high priced and charged me more than what the chair is worth, after three months of having the reclining chair the reclining part broke and they refused to replace it. contact the customer service many times and they’re doing nothing about it, but still take money out of my paycheck. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the dispute is still going on because they simply will not replace the chair. they had the nerve to tell me they would give me a discount on my payments to pay to fix the chair myself that is just ridiculous. They’re charging me $900 for a $600 chair which is insane. so I strongly recommend anyone do not order from them.
And this is to the response from Purchasing Power. Your reply is not true. I’ve been contacting you people for two months and would not give me a resolution. i’m simply asking to replace the broken chair and now you’re telling me it’s out of stock you offered me a return, but you wanted to get the chair and not give me my money. I have been more than patient and I’m still paying for a broken chair. You have other chairs to stock you can replace it with further more. You shouldn’t be selling furniture that breaks only after having for three months. so the only resolution is to replace my chair I don’t trust the chair back and get my money back because I know that won’t happen so I will continue this and keep filing complaints until I get this chair replaced. but again, I am being ignored by Purchasing power to resolve this issue.

Messed up my order

My first order which I made in November was cancelled mid December which was supposed to be my Christmas Gifts. I had to reorder the items again and still they messed up the most important one by sending to an address that is not in my profile. I have been waiting since December for them to resend shipment for the item to the correct address but had to be credited instead because of whoever does the shipments messed it up. I ended up being the short end of the straw. That was supposed to be my wife's Christmas present that is why I am so angry.

I purchase a TV December 3rd 2025 the item was in stock the time I purchased it. And I still haven't received the tv. I been calling and calling no update, no help, no solution. Now today is January 13th 2026. Im still waiting for a TV to show up. It been over a month this is unacceptable for business. The fake tracking number I received. Saying no results. I escalate the issue to the supervisor he just as clueless himself, saying a very rare situation this never happen before. Only answer i received just wait

If they didn't have like 200% markup it would be great, but I guess that's how they get there money, you would be better off getting a credit card and msking those double payments with less interest,

I ordered a laptop

I ordered a laptop. Before opening it I contacted customer service and asked them if they could apply the promo code from the one I received to one I found that I like better. They said no because it was expired. That order was literally over a $1000. I’m even okay with a senseless $35 return fee. It was like come on. It’s not like it was the only thing I ordered. Then I ask if there is anyone else I can talk to and get completely ignored all on top of the fact they were using an interpretation program of some sort on their computer so they weren’t even understanding half of what I was trying to say. I answered the same questions 3 times over. Get it together for real.

Good day, we have a simple online return process. Simply log into Purchasing Power and go to 'My Account.' Next, select the order you would like to return or have replaced, and select the 'return item' box to receive a pre-paid UPS label that you will print and affix to the box with the you are returning. Once your package is dropped off at any UPS Store, you can expect to see a credit on your account statement within 8 business days.

They continue taking / stealing your money out of your check. My coworker has been dealing with this for 3 months. Every week they tell her they'll fix it and every paycheck there's more money and a different amount taken. It's ridiculous. Customer service is a joke and they resolve nothing. Go straight to BBB or FTC. They suck
