One star is too much. This company engages in fraudulant advertising. There is no indication on their website that they are in China, only a phone number with a California area code.
I ordered a pair of dog boots that did not stay on. I was permitted to return them but they never provided a return address. After four days of continued emails they finally gave me a return address in CHINA which would cost more than I paid for the boots. I brought this to their attention and another 4 days went by before I received an email appologizing for the inconvenience but no refund and no USA address.
Their return policy clearly states that returns will be honored if product is re-salable, but there is no indication that products need to be returned at the customers expense, to CHINA. They also do not answer the phone.

False return policy. I attempted to return an item that was too small. It still had the tags and hadn't been used, and they came up with a fake excuse to not return the money, saying it was stained. I literally took it out of the box, tried it, and put it back in. Even after sending them videos showing that it was in perfect condition, they wouldn't refund it, despite their return policy.

Amazing customer service and the best quality collar i have ever received super padded unlike most bigger size dog collars and doesn’t rub my dogs skin! and very cute deigns! Overall amazing collars you should definitely check out the collection!

I originally tried to order an XS and their team asked for measurements and assured me the size up would still fit and changed my order size and then when it arrived it was WAY too big, I would have been happy to cancel and refund if they didn’t have the size I wanted but they pushed me to take a different size so now it’s really poor customer service to not pay for the return as they encouraged me to take this order in a size up when I was happy to cancel and now I have to pay just as much for international shipping or keep an order I can’t use and don’t want
