Can’t give a 0 OR I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. I’m 98% convinced no one works at Pupjoy. I’ve sent 4 emails and 2 instagram messages over MONTHS, and have not heard a single word. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Ordered a small dog box and got large dog toys. Reached out to customer service and received no response. Do not give them your business.

I bought 2 custom Pupjoy boxes for my boy Finnicks 2nd birthday. I customized his for 2 soft bags of treats, 1 plush toy, 1 fetch toy and 1 tug toy. I also ordered my Febie girl a custom box with 2 bags of soft treats, and 3 plush toys. I ordered these early just to see if they were any good compared to Barkbox which we have ordered for many many yrs but due to the way they are running things now we don’t order from them. So the problem is Finnicks box had only 1 bag of treats, one plush toy, and one tug toy which was so junky it looked like it came from the dollar store. The box was missing a fetch toy and a bag of treats I paid for! I’m beyond aggravated! I sent the receipt, and an email and a pic of the box to their online support and I called the number and left a message. Must not be a big company because that’s been hrs ago and no response. Not likely I’ll buy from them again. I don’t think I recommend. If they make things right for the trouble and give me the items that were missing then I may feel differently. I say build ur own box at homegoods!

Became full they will automatically renew your 3 month purchase like wtf i bought a 3 month subscription so it would quit after 3 months not try to scam me out of another 100$

Not a great experience. The first two months were decent but since then we’ve received the same toy 4 times. I reached out via email to customer service and never received a response. I decided to cancel but the site makes this very difficult, I’m hoping that removing my payment info and sending an email will work to cancel. Why isn’t there a cancel button???? They make it sound easy and then you have to jump thru way too many hoops.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will NEVER order from this company again! I received no confirmation of shipment with tracking number in "1-2 days after ordering" as promised (it has been 14 days since my order was placed and paid for). I sent several emails with zero response, left messages on Instagram, and tried to find a customer service phone number online but no phone number for this company is anywhere to be found. It's been over a week trying to get ahold of someone. Finally yesterday I received half a shipment after threatening to post negative feedback on social media, but only HALF of the order was in the package. And these toys are not exactly cheaply priced. Where is the other half of my order and why won't you people respond to your customer requests after you have our money?????? I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau!

I was missing the freeze dried treats from my order. I tried the online chat, I submitted an online form, and I tried calling the customer service number and I haven’t been able to reach anyone and no one has reached me. A little bit of good customer service goes a long way and I certainly didn’t receive it with this company. The toys were also pretty poor quality.

The toys are very cheap. I could’ve gotten some of them at the dollar store. It also repeats the same toys almost every week. I’ve had pupjoy for just about 6 months. And I’ve gotten the same toy 4 times now.

Great subscription box plans for all dogs! My Duke loves his box. I don't do it monthly, but when I have ordered, it has been such a joy to receive for both Duke and I. I recommend. Products are adequate, treats are tasty (or at least Duke seems to love them), and it's conveniently sent to your doorstep.

My puppy and I loved the box! The quality/price ratio is very good. Definitely a happy customer :-)

My puppy fell in love with a new box that we bought in PupJoy! The great thing about it is the customization for the certain puppy and the uniqueness. Beside the products, my whole experience with this company is great. Will recommend them to my friends definitely!

My dog was so excited to receive the Pupbox. It came with a decent amount of toys, chews and treats. My pup isn't a heavy chewer, but the included toys seem like they would be pretty durable. I liked that you could also customize the box fully including size, type of items etc. Pupjoy is like Christmas once a month.

This is the best dog box ever! It came with great variety of treats and toys. My dogs loved all of the treats and toys! Especially the bully sticks! The packaging is good too!!

I love how the box had a lot of nice goodies for my dog. The box came to our house within a decent time also. Love the packaging! My dog loves the toys and snacks inside. Only thing I'd change would be the size of the bully stick that we got, it was sized more for a puppy than an adult dog. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend!

My pup & I LOVED the pupjoy box! We got the power chewers box with toys & treats & it did not disappoint! It had the cutest little toys, along with 2 full-sized bag of treats & 2 different chews. I would definitely order from this company again, as it’s the perfect option for busy pet parents whose pups need new toys often! Thank you, Pupjoy!!!

We loved our pupjoy box, we got the super chewer box. There were so many great things in it. We got 3 toys to chew on, 3 amazing bags of treats and 2 bully sticks. The treats are healthy for your pup. The super chewer box definitely withheld my dogs chewing.

Love our PupJoy boxes! They have the most adorable and unique toys. (And customized to my dogs size!) We also found our pups favourite peanut butter treats from them. Aways looking forward to next months delivery of toys and treats!

Love our box from Pupjoy! We recieved 2 bully sticks, 2 bags of treats, 2 bone toys, and a plush toy. These were all items I would actually pick out for my dog. Loved everything so much!

My puppy and I are in love with PupJoy! All of the chewy toys last very long, I think one of them will actually last forever haha. My dog is a heavy chewer but stopped even looking at my shoes because he is always busy chewing our new toys! Treats are all natural and locally made! My puppy loves them that’s why I use them in training! Can’t wait to receive our next box! Thank you, PupJoy ♥️
