I ordered in the past and had no issues but my orders from August and October were both paid and unfulfilled - I didn’t realize on the first order until after my 2nd when my daughter said she never got the first. They don’t return calls or respond to customer emails.

They charged me right away and I have not received my order and no one will answer my calls or emails. Next stop I will complain to the government website for online shopping this sucks

First experience was great. Now same as everyone else. They charged me and won’t respond to calls or emails. Not sure if someone died over there or what. Super sucks! I hope they can resolve soon

These people took my money, never sent the items and won't answer my e-mails or telephone calls. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company. They are a total rip off!!!

This business is a scam, I spent $100 to get all my service dog gear and it never shipped after a month of waiting. No one has responded to my multiple emails and all they have is a voicemail box so you can’t actually talk to a real person. Unless you want to get your money stolen I would stay far away from this “business”

My first order was shipped and I was happy with it. I placed another order and hadn't heard anything about if it shipped after quite a few weeks. I emailed twice asking for an update on my order, but got no response to either email. I then called the customer support number and left a message asking about an update on my order after so many weeks with no delivery. To date no one has returned my call. It's like night and day between my first and second order. Will have to dispute the charge at this point. Pretty disappointing. Bridget

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. ORDERED AND PAID 3 MONTHS AGO. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS. ALSO ITS FOR STRESS FREE PAWS BUT TITLE KEEPS VEING ALTERED FOR OBVIOUS REASONS!

Several years ago I ordered a vest and ID cards from Free My Paws. Within the last year I ordered a different vest and up dated ID cards. One of the cards that I carry in my pocket had rubbed some of the letters off. I sent an e mail with a photo of it. The card was cheerfully replaced with a new one. Great customer service.

The service is slow. Low reponsive rate. Found better quality on competitors

Very helpful customer service. They got really busy so once when I left a message, it took 2 days to return my call but overall, I'd use them again. Jared was very helpful.

I am having issues getting my order. I specifically posted where I needed my package to be sent. I have yet to receive my package because it was shipped to the wrong address. Customer service was very helpful, I give them that. But I am upset because I need my order and I may not get it in time for what I need it for!!! If the problem gets rectified and I get my order soon I will change my review but as of now I am very upset.
