Order not received. E-mails never answered. Received a feedback form from them today stating the fulfilled the order 14 days ago but I have NEVER received my order. Avoid these scammers at all costs

I have just received my dogs harness nearly 3 weeks since ordered,and after leaving a poor review last week when it hadn't arrived I want to amend my review as the quality is very good ,and I am very pleased with it ,if the delivery had been quicker or at least answer my concerns you would have got 5 /5
Do not use this company.....wish I had read other reviews. Ordered 4 weeks ago, no update, no tracking info....and then they asked for a review on a product not received
Ordered a dog bed on 30th January.
Not received. App does not give tracking information and noone has responded to my emails. Lesson learned.
I ordered a bed for my dog at the end of January and then have still not received it. Despite having used the online contact form 3!times, I have had no response.
Don’t order die this company, they are a scam
14 days later and still no sign of the dog bed. What’s ironic is they’ve emailed me today asking for me to leave a review on how well they’ve done……

I have purchased 2 harness and have been really pleased. I also purchased a dog bathrobe In September which I sm yet to receive, despite me chasing several times.
I am really disappointed
Really disappointed with this bed and the quality is poor. The mattress is cheap, thin and peaked making it useless for my mini schnauzer. I have had to purchase an additional foam padding to ensure he isn't laying directly on the floor.
Not worth the money. Should have known as this product was shipped from China.
