Don’t buy from them
Ordered online for daughter in law on birth of baby. Supposed to be delivered the following day, delivery suburb in their normal zone.
No delivery, I sent email to customer (non)service, no response, rang contact number they said they were waiting for response from local florist and would get back to me. No contact 4 hours later. I rang again, same girl, said it was outside of their normal delivery area, and because it was a day out from Good Friday, they couldn’t deliver until 6 days later. I was furious, asked for refund, didn’t want them delivered that late. Said they would send a refund confirmation email, so I could fill in the details. Didn’t receive that, so I rang back, “oh no” we can’t send emails to hotmail addresses (BS) I will get my manager to call you straight away. No call, rang again, “I can’t hear you properly, there’s a noisy vacuum cleaner in the background, not mine but hers. RUDE! I will escalate to the supervisor to process the refund within 24 hours. Heard nothing for two days so rang AGAIN. Spoke to a male, they had all previous info on file, he just put me on hold without advising, but got through to a team leader who said they were very sorry and they would process my refund the next day.
FINALLY, it has been refunded to my credit card after some firm but fair words.
It’s always nice to receive delivered flowers and gifts, but had to buy some from a supermarket instead, at least I could hand select a beautiful arrangement in a vase.
Please don’t use this company.
Would totally recommend “The flower run” or “Daily Blooms”, both in Perth, have used them a few times for my daughter, they are reliable, honest, and delivered beautiful flowers.
Absolute rubbish
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this site. Ordered a gift basket on a Friday to be delivered the following Tuesday. On Monday they said 'this is outside our delivery area we will deliver on Wednesday' I said this was unacceptable, then on the Wednesday I get an email saying 'this is outside our delivery area we will deliver on Friday'. I then said FORGET IT the birthday is over now, I want a full refund. But wait for it, then they said they will refund the delivery fee and deliver the goods on SATURDAY! 4 days late! They offered $30 credit - as if I will ever use them again. $200 down the drain. Do NOT use this company!

They basically steal your money and deliver something sub-standard.

Never even made an order and I get calls nonstop. Driving me nuts especially since I live in a different time zone. New wake up calls each night from different number.s Do NOT order from this company. It's just spam.
$100 gone and no flowers to be seen
I didn’t check Aussie Bloom’s reviews prior to paying for a bouquet for my mother in law to be delivered. Lo and behold, her birthday came and went with no flowers and not a peep from Aussie Blooms. Don’t do it. The hassle to try and get your money back is not worth it.
They do not deliver what you pay for
What was delivered was not what was ordered. Missing items and poor quality. While the company acknowleged there were missing items, they only offered a store credit of less than half the cost. Also offered to deliver the missing items but this was 4 weeks after the delivery date for my granddaughter's birthday. I had already purchased the missing items from other - more reliable - suppliers. They are just scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
This website ripped off an 88 year old lady
My 88 year old mother in the UK ordered what looked like a stunning bunch of native flowers in a beautiful pot to be delivered to me. She paid accordingly. She was very excited for them to arrive. When they did it was a tiny withered bunch of mostly red carnations and three roses (some flowers were broken) tied up with an elastic band and put in a box. The box was then left on the street and the courier didn't even bother buzzing my apartment, just sent a text with a photo. The box said "Bloomex". Upon emailing the people at aussieblooms they denied all responsibility and said basically that someone had pretended to be them. Unbelievable.

I ordered Bubbly and Lindt chocolates gift box for a gift in December, they delivered a cheap bottle of red wine and Ferraro Rocher with some other cheap chocolate thrown into a cheap gift bag. I started a chargeback and they have told my cc company they delivered the product when I have photographic proof they did not!

Poor customer service
I have sent 4 emails regarding an order I placed as it states you can cancel within an hour. The flowers aren't due to be delivered until 15th March but noone has bothered to reply. Ive been waiting a week and the website states they respond within 48 hrs. Extremely poor customer service. I have also tried to telephone but calling from England is quite difficult with timings! I would have expected a response to one if not all my emails but absolutely nothing.

TERRIBLE if I could give no stars i would worst company I have had the misfortune to use I ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday present to perth as I live in Ireland to say I was disappointed is an understatement I spent $200 on order for an expensive bouquet a bottle of white wine a box of what looked like nice chocolates firstly it was not delivered on the day and had to be redelivered 2 days late the flowers were a big disappointment to say the least red wine was delivered and cheap chocolates also the correspondence I had was from a different company called bloomex (which we had used at Christmas and would never use again brutal) I did give them a chance to rectify this but they were not one bit sorry and made no effort to fix problem would never deal with them again and hope no one else uses them they are a scam Delia

Look good but are really bad. The moment we ordered excuses were made about delivery times and not being able to fulfil the bouquet we ordered. They said at least an equivalent value would be supplied but in reality the flowers were poor quality and dumped on the doorstep in blazing heat with no attempt to ring the door bell. Only by luck were they found in very poor condition. Do not buy from these people.

there is nothing Aussie about Aussieblooms, i ordered a christmas bouquet for them to send the flowers on a plane from New Zealand. Instead of a beautiful bouquet , recieved some flowers that had been dragged pillow to post. Shocking

Made an order on Friday and by Saturday the flowers were still not delivered for my friends birthday after contacting them twice i was assured they were delivered. Sunday comes still no delivery and noone can justify which third party was responsible for the delivery that never arrived . They are also part of bloomex be aware massive scammers

DO NOT USE! Complete scam! I should have known by the fact that they don't have detailed descriptions of their flowers and gifts as any other reputable site would. They take your order and your money, confirming the order and delivery. Then they email shortly after to say they can't fulfil the flower order because there are 'no local florists available'. They offer a 'gourmet hamper' instead, or a credit on your account with them. When you ask for a refund they email again trying to persuade you to have it 'delivered to another address' or accept another gift option, but also say they will refund. To date they haven't. They are fraudulent thieves.
Scam! Avoid
This is a rotten, awful, scam of a company. Ordered +$100 of flowers 3 weeks ago. No delivery, no way of contacting them (customer support email bounces back), no way of getting money back. Please do not order from this cynical dumpster of a company
