Ordered a sample sale bundle and was so surprised by the quality and assortment of prints! Loved them all!

Made two purchases from this company. Both experiences were were easy and trouble free.Excellent choice of prints to choose from. On arrival they were as described and of a very high quality. Along with the 50% off offer they were a joy to do business with.

Print came quickly and customer service got back to me quickly (via email) when I had a query. However the print was kind of blurry which is really disappointing as the images are really cool. I’m glad I didn’t rush into buying the XL print too! It’s fine for a bathroom poster but glad I didn’t get the prints I wanted for my dining room as the quality isn’t great.

Was very excited to received an A1 poster. Unfortunately, it took ages for the poster to arrive (weeks) and it was the wrong size, blurry and slightly damage. Hoping to resolve the issue with Punk Haus in a timely manner. Fingers crossed.

I placed my order on Friday 31st March and it has arrived today, Wednesday 5th April - fantastic service! The print is beautiful quality and I can't wait to order more. Also, I had forgotten to enter a discount code that was running at the time of my order, so I emailed their customer service and they refunded me the discount amount to my PayPal account immediately - excellent customer service! Thank you!

Order took 3 days to be dispatched which I find very slow in this day and age. Also it took a week to arrive once it had been posted as they send everything second class, which again is very slow and unusual for this day and age. I'd happily pay more for a faster tracked service.
Prints are very nice and seem decent quality, however for what they are they are overpriced. Punkhaus do offer a great range of prints. But the 10 day turnaround time from ordering to receiving has put me off ordering again.

Quick delivery, excellent quality and everyone who sees it loves it. Will order from this company again.

Trying to email about my second order via the website but says it can not be reached,this is concerning as now I'm concerned I won't get my order or something is not right

I sent back 2 damaged prints which were signed for well over a week ago now. Despite emailing and messaging and leaving a comment on Facebook, nobody has responded to me. I'd like a refund. I paid £5.55 to send the prints back, even though they were damaged, and I'd paid postage originally for the first set which were also damaged. I'm not in the habit of losing money so I'll expect my monies refunded or I'll take this to trading standards.

EDIT: 24 hours and another 3 emails later, and still no communication received from this company.
AVOID.

Absoulutely awful company...should be put out of business. Order £50 worth of prints but never got them. They claimed that Royal Mail had delivered them and gave me a tracking ID three weeks after they said they'd been despatched...avoid at all costs.

Absolutely love the print received. It took around 2 weeks to arrive but it was definitely worth the wait.

Really poor experience. Order was never sent. Had to chase over and over for a refund. They assured me it had been processed, PayPal stated otherwise to which PayPal had to then get in contact with them. Such a shame as lovely products and i have ordered in the past but sadly will never again. Absolutely no care from customer services.

Print arrived badly damage. The packing of my print was awful. The print was packed far too tight and with no tissue paper to protect it. The corners were creased and the print was marked. I emailed them and a refund was offered. I responded asking for another print to be sent out on the 21st October and I still haven't had a response. Order elsewhere!

I’ve had two orders from punkhaus , my orders arrived quickly and without damage .
I’m so pleased with my collection I’m now in the process of ordering more prints for my holiday home renovation.
Also I’ve had so many compliments , I ordered the £20 sample bundles to gift to friends and neighbours .
So happy I found punkhaus as the prints really put the finishing touch to my renovation .

Ordered a selection of 12 prints for our tattoo studio. We ordered from a few different companies as we are creating a gallery wall, and have to say these are by far, the best quality. The colours are bright and they are thicker than the prints I received from the other companies. They arrived quickly and were well packaged! Already got a basket going for my next order!
