Leave this Company well alone

Ordered a Miracle-gro product via Amazon and delivery was expected on a Friday.
Waited in all day - no sign.
Emailed Company and rang but no reply.
Delivery was 2 x days later. ( they are not available weekends ).
Eventually got a reply 5 x days later
apologising.
NOT A COMPANY THAT IS FIT FOR PURPOSE!!!.

Beggars to belief this company. No sorry or explanation.
Obviously they work with online orders via the likes of Amazon. If you order directly dont hold your breath. They won't see my orders anymore.

No communication, avoid
I placed an order (No. 180368) on 29th March 2026 for 3 × Vanish Oxi Action Upholstery and Carpet Cleaner, and £27.41 was taken from my account immediately. The delivery option selected was Tracked 48, yet I have received no dispatch confirmation or any update on my order.
Since placing the order, I have sent two emails and left a voicemail, but have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially after taking payment.
At this point, I have no confidence that my order is being processed. If I do not receive an update or dispatch confirmation immediately, I will be seeking a full refund.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Non-exsistent customer service. Be wary of delivery date promises on website. Best avoided.

Website advertises 48 hr delivery. One of 4 items delivered 4 days later. No response to my email sent enquiring about the missing items. 2 of the 3 outstanding items arrived a further 3 days later again. One is still outstanding, now 10 days after placing the order - DPD tracking says that they have not received it. Yet a further email from me has not been responded to. Tried calling - it goes to voicemail.

In summary there is a non-existent customer service. I would not purchase from this company again.

Take your money but don't deliver

Order placed on 3rd March with 48hr DPD delivery. As of 18th March, no delivery and do not respond to telephone calls, emails or even Social Media.

Appalling lack of communication and decent customer service.

Dreadful company

I’m waiting on a refund for an item that was returned to them via Royal Mail. Tracking shows it was delivered to them on 9th March. They ignore all emails and phone calls - these only go to answerphone. I would never buy from them again. I will now have to raise the issue with my bank.

I would be very wary of using this…

I would be very wary of using this company. I ordered up a Miracle Gro Rotary lawn seed spreader which duly arrived. On the good side it was competitively priced how ever I decided the drop seed spreader would be better for my size of lawn. Despite e-mails and voice messages to customer service requesting a returns number I have heard nothing. Very poor service

Placed an order for Curprinol Anti slip…

Placed an order for Curprinol Anti slip decking stain that was, in fairness delivered in good time. However it was not delivered in good condition, there was no paint left in the tin, it was all in the bag and box that the tin was packaged in. I have now emailed 3 times and left a voicemail and not yet had a response. I wouldn't be annoyed too much had I had a response and the item replaced, but the level of customer service is poor - which is a real shame

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company, I do not recommend using. Ordered 3 cans of Cuprinol Decking oil in Natural Oak. Ordered on the Friday and received my order on the Monday so can not complain about that. However the items colour of 1 of the oils was wrong and 2 of the cans were completely battered as packaging was very poor.

I tried calling the company but nobody every answers. Nobody has ever returned my calls after leaving a message. I emailed them asking to be contacted and have received no response. Companies like this should go bust as they do not care about customers or even completing an order correctly.

Despite all the negativity

Despite all the negativity in the reviews for this company I have to say my experience has been amazing.
Having seen the recommendation to contact Neil in Customer Services if you need assistance, I took the advice and got a response within 5 minutes of sending an email on a Saturday night after 9pm. After a subsequent exchange of emails in the next 10 minutes or so the issue I had was resolved to my satisfaction.
Such outstanding service is rare these days and needs to be recorded

Order still not received.

I placed an order with LiveMoor back at the beginning of January. The order is over £100! I still haven’t received it even though they assured me, by email, that stock was due back in by the end of the following week! I have rung a number of times but there is never an answer just an answer machine telling you to leave a message and someone will get back to you! I have never received a call back!! I am now extremely concerned and anxious.

Update
I have received an email from Tim regarding my order. It still isn’t back in stock and yes I have been offered a full refund. I reluctantly will have to do this as it seems the item will be out of stock for awhile, mores the pitty. Thank you Tim for finally giving me some clarity.

Hi Maria, I have just replied to your email confirming that the item you ordered is still not in stock and subsequently offering a full refund. You have spoken to my colleague who advised the item was on back order and I have responded to your email immedietly with an offer of a resolution. Whilst I appreciate items being out of stock is frustrating it is inevitable and we have offered a full refund so I would argue that this is not a scam. I have worked very hard over the last 15 years to build a company with a reputation for exceptional customer service which is corroborated by our website reviews. Of course every company experiences issues but we will always seek to resolve them in the most practicel and painless fashion.

Companies response is DARVO, believe the customers

Believe the experiences of the customers, don't believe the company gaslighting about 'paying to remove negative reviews'. I have not received my order. There are many other review sites that say the same they can't use that excuse on every website that says the same thing from buyers. We don't want to see businesses to fail, we just want our item, which didn't happen, nor a response.

The company wrote a response which sounds like it could be factual. Trust pilot has a subscription that provides benefits such as being able to simply highlight their favorite reviews . However subscribers to Trust pilot can't get a review removed unless it unlawful content such as doxing the owners private living address etc)

I thought the price was too good to be true, trust your gut. This is DARVO, (Deny, attack, reverse, victim, offender.) A tactic used by those wanting to avoid accountability for time wasting which is what this company does.

I have no idea what you are going on about. We have thousands of happy customers and thousands of reviews corroborating this. Look at our reviews on Trustpilot. 95% are 5 star yet we have a rating of 2.4 Stars. Trustpilot weights reviews so as to encourage business to subscribe to their services. We never had contact from them when we had multiple 5 star reviews. As soon as we got a couple of negative reviews our score dropped massively and we are contacted by a sales rep wanting to sell us one of their packages. If you want to have your problem solved please email info@livemoor.co.uk FAO Tim and I will resolve your issues. Trustpilot is just a way to generate revenue for Trustpilot…it doesn’t help resolve issues.
How can 95% 5 star reviews result in 2.4 star rating 🤷🏻‍♂️

Poor customer service

I ordered a product from Livemoor to start on some new product development. Unfortunately when the package arrived the paper packaging was torn. I decanted the good Into an appropriate jar.
The documentation and paper packaging did not give any useful information about the product, such as batch number or best before date.
Furthermore, I went back to the website to get the MSDS and CoA information and could not find anything relating to the goods.
I subsequently emailed the company to request all this information and have received no response. I also tried to contact them via the telephone several times , no response.
I am unable to return the goods as the original packaging is a mess and I’m unable to use this item in any new product development as I am unable to get the necessary paperwork required.
Very disappointed with the customer service and the product documentation. I’ve not tried the product as this would be a further waste without the appropriate paperwork required. I will have to find an alternative supplier.
