The prints were fine mostly, I would gift the ones I didn’t like or used profanity, but I didn’t mind the selection as I knew it would be random. It did differ hugely to the suggested random sample... Leggi di più

Was very underwhelmed, we were expecting at least one of there more popular images.
Not one is worth putting in a frame.

Thanks for your feedback.
Our Sample Print Packs are designed as a completely random mix from across our collections, including best sellers, archive pieces and unreleased designs - and we do always include at least one of our more popular prints within each pack.
Because the selection is random, we understand not every piece will suit everyone’s personal taste, but the packs are intended as a way to discover a variety of styles at a heavily reduced price.
We appreciate you giving it a try.
Love my prints
I bought the 10 random print for £20 pack and I was blown away!
I love a mystery and was prepared that all might not be to my taste.
However when my prints arrived (5 A4 and 5 A5) 2 were my exact taste and aesthetic and I was thrilled.
There were others that my sister loved so I gifted to her, and a few that I wouldnt have thought to buy but actually adore.
I loved them so much I placed another mystery order the same day! Can't wait for them to arrive too!
Great quality, slightly long wait for delivery (a week or 2) and great customer service.
Big fan.

Love this - thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a great review!
That’s exactly what the sample packs are all about… a bit of mystery, a few surprises, and hopefully finding some pieces you wouldn’t have picked but end up loving anyway. Love that you shared some with your sister too.
Appreciate the note on delivery times as well - they can take a little longer with the volume, but we’re always working to keep things moving as quickly as possible.
Thanks again for the support, and we hope you love your next pack just as much!
Poor experience and customer service
I ordered two packs of the 10 prints for £20 for a wall , so should have had 20 prints in total . On ordering it said 2-5 working day to delivery , however this actually took 10 working days and I had to chase it , but that was fine . On receipt I had two envelopes taped together one with 10 prints and one empty ! I contacted customer services who said they wanted to see the packaging , but I had to advise that my wife had unfortunately recycled it . I replied saying all I could provide was a pic of the pictures I had received ,would that be sufficient? And I’ve had no reply . So due to obviously a packing error , I’m down £20 . Good customer service would be to trust your customer and replaced the missing item as a gesture of goodwill, but customer service skills seem to be lacking and I won’t be using again

Thanks for your review.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We do have procedures in place for handling issues such as damages, missing items or fulfilment errors, and these do require certain evidence (such as packaging and labels) so we can properly investigate with our fulfilment team and prevent repeat issues.
In this case, although we were unable to carry out a full investigation without the packaging, we can see that our customer support team has already arranged for a replacement pack to be sent out to you so that you were not left out of pocket.
Marmite print - we love it !
Purchased the “Marmite” print and love it ! Popped straight into a new frame and hung it in the kitchen. Draws many comments from friends who, unlike the actual product, really like the picture ! Thank you ☺️

Beautiful prints, received an A2 print for Christmas, loved it that much that I ordered one for my bedroom. Printed on good quality paper and arrived in a tube so no damage. Would definitely recommend.

The glitter ball print in the gold ornament frame
The glitter ball print in the gold or night frame is better than I expected. It is amazing and looks fantastic on the wall.

The print is great But……..
The print is great. The frame is not worth the amount you charge for. Same quality as a frame from IKEA that sells for a few quid.
Won’t buy again I’m afraid

Hi there
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re really pleased to hear you loved the print itself.
We’re sorry to hear the frame didn’t meet your expectations. We use professionally sourced frame mouldings that are designed to be lightweight, durable and safe for shipping, and they’re priced to reflect the full made-to-order framing process rather than mass-produced retail frames. That said, we understand that frame preference can be very subjective, and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
Thank you again for your feedback - it’s genuinely helpful as we continue to review and improve our offering.

Disco plant print
The print is of exceptional quality. It was almost a shame to put it behind glass-may actually remove the glass! The print has a 3D textured look which looks amazing. So happy with it and the delivery was great-arrived in a protected tube. Would highly recommend!

AI garbage - avoid
My print arrived and it’s so clear it’s AI generated slop. Really disappointed as the print wasn’t cheap, and they charge for returns. For the same price I could’ve supported a REAL artist. Say no to clankers

Hi Holly
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, though we’re sorry to hear the print wasn’t what you expected.
Just to clarify clearly - all Punk Haus designs are created in-house by us, the owners, as they always have been. We handle every stage ourselves from concept → development → composition → final artwork → print production.
We create, curate, refine and build each artwork ourselves - so no human artist/designer has ever been replaced at Punk Haus, and never will be. Tech can assist the process, but it never replaces the creative vision behind it.
We also believe strongly in transparency and credit - any collaborations, contributed design elements or licensed artwork are always acknowledged where required. We love supporting other like-minded creatives and artists, just as we hope others support us 😊
Our work is not simply “AI generated and printed” - if it were that simple, everyone would be running a print studio.
We’re a small, independent, family-run business, and every print we send out is something we’ve personally spent time crafting, refining and producing. We stand proudly behind the originality of our work.
