A perfect cover, fits great, the grip is excellent. Since I bought the counterpart for a previous iPhone and that counterpart lasted years, I don't see why it shouldn't do the same.

Matte black beauty. Lightweight. Fits snuggly to my phone. Durable and well made. Right amount of grip with all-around protection. Stays flat on the table when laid front or back; no wobbles at all.

I love the slim and sleekness of this grippy phone case.. perfect for those who hate cases and love the feel of their phone.. closest thing you'll get to a protected naked phone lool. Excellent Brand for phone cases. 15/10.

So after thinking this was a UK site it was shipped from America so it took longer than expected.

Once I got the case it was scuffed and broken so tried to contact them the e-mail for problems doesn't get sent anywhere and the contact form sent back a generic reply about delivery times even though it was a query about the damage?

Don't purchase anything from this site expecting to easily contact them if you have issues.

Joke of a company. Sent me the wrong item like many others have complained about, they are ‘at it’. Waited weeks and weeks for the item only for them to send me the wrong colour. Now it’s email ping pong trying to get even a partial refund as they don’t give return labels. They offered for me to send it back (at my expense I might add for THEIR MISTAKE) or 20 % off. I asked for 20% refund back on 11th Jan , now they are saying I need to send it back for the refund. Absolute jokers, Punk by name Punk by nature. And watch everytime a negative review gets posted a flurry of positive ones with the same phraseology appear. AVOID AVOID AVOID... you have been warned.

Waiting weeks for delivery because this UK company ships from the states but you don't find this out till after your order has been processed. Utter s@#$ show of a company to deal with! Do not bother with these jokers!!!

Not a UK company, social media presence out of date - parent company called Zahavas Inc (according to FB) lead by Natan Nisimov according to companies house. 30 days for product to arrive, incorrect product and a returns/refund policy that can only be actioned within 30 days of order - impossible when delivery delayed. Tracking platform Shopify provided by company run by Mr Nisimov. No response to numerous emails, FB messenger and Twitter sadly didn't use Paypal - lesson learned.

Product not turned up and the company are ignoring my emails.

Twice they send me wrong product. Awful experience, not going to use them anymore.

Placed an order for a teal glitter case, recieved a clear case with white border. Requested a refund, they responded with thank you for feedback as this helps them to make things better. No, acknowledgement of anything else. Fortunately, paid with PayPal, opened a case and was refunded within an hour by the company. Do not use this company.

This company fraudulently trades as a co.uk UK company but are in fact in the US. I cancelled my order within minutes of placing but they have refused to cancel and have shipped anyway. I have advised them that I will not accept the shipment and will not pay import charges. I have reported them to trading standards.

This company is a scam. I placed an order, incorrect item delivered. They asked me to pay to return the item at my expense, even though it was their error. When I requested they send the product I ordered and paid for they've ignored all my emails. I'm now left with a case that is useless.

I ordered a case from this company 6 weeks ago.

I believed this company was from the UK given the name until I noticed that my case was being sent from the USA, I was told my delivery would be 4 - 6 weeks.
I chased them up as I am now in my 6th Week and I have been told that this was a pre-order ( not the case when I pressed buy) and my order will now be another 2 weeks.
I have since asked for a refund multiple times and I am yet to received a response. If i do not hear back from them today i will be taking this further.

Total Scam! How is this allowed, not a UK company at all.
If you purchased through PayPal, say you never received the item as they don't do tracking further than customs. So you will get your money back! The sweet taste of revenge knowing you cost them money!

Paid approx £14 for a case from a "UK Based SUpplier".
Case is not very good at all and was a completely different colour than I ordered so asked to return and was told I would need to send back to the USA for refund at my own cost!
Not a UK based company at all and I would suggest they are more scam merchants than genuine company

Ordered a charging case and didn't realise that the .co.uk part of their site is a lie. They're based in North America! Which would be fine, if they were honest.

Case arrives and it's the wrong one. Terrible customer service and wouldn't admit any liability.

Just don't bother with them.

I ordered two battery case from them only got one delivered and its was the wrong colour. Plus the website say co.uk and its not in the UK no reply to email I sent

Ok, I made a mistake. I ordered the wrong case. I tried to contact Punkcase to change order but emails I sent were replied to from the US. I was informed that shipping would take 2 to 5 weeks! I was under the impression that i was purchasing from UK as there was a UK web address. The item is being shipped from US. This is not made clear, in fact the postage says £2.99 first class, suggesting UK postage...THIS IS NOT THE CASE. I now have to wait weeks for the wrong case and then pay to return it to the US. Dont forget the hidden fees payabe for importing goods....you are responsible for those fees. Your £35 phone case will end up costing more. Disgusting way to operate. Buy from Amazon let them deal with the crap.....or go for something from a company that cares about its customers, Punkcase isn't it!

Ordered a Samsung Note 9 case, ordered purple and silver was delivered. They expected me to pay the return postage to USA. Ended up with 20% refund. Quality of product also poor, ended up in the bin.
