This course was outstanding. I learnt so much more than I thought I would and was packed full of content.
Craig was an excellent trainer, very relaxed and extremely knowledgeable. He put all the delegates at ease and was open to all the questions we threw at him.
The course content was exactly as I thought it would be and with additional insight and stories from the frontline. Real life experience's and examples.
The assessments were not easy but we were given the tools to learn how to retain the information with some great tips about how to remember how the heart works. I'm sure I'll remember that forever now.
The final assessment was fantastic with real life hands on scenarios for us each to complete.
Thank you Craig for an ACE training course which has made me all the better in my role.

A great informative couple of days. Kris was a great trainer and made it interesting with personal experiences and insights. We always ask Kris to come back as we enjoy his sessions, and he teaches well.

Craig is an expert in his technical area. His knowledge is also based on being a frontliner responder, so it's not 'text book training, unlike other providers. Would 100% recommend.

Craig delivered an excellent course over the last week. His experience, knowledge and passion really made this both time and money well spent. Craig led First Aid training sessions for our small performing arts company. We specialise in children's classes and holiday workshops. The first aid training was informative, concise and comprehensive. Craig led the training with care and had a lovely warm manner. He is a superb communicator and trainer, he also included a couple of additional topics which are quite likely to come up for the children we teach. Our whole team now feel much more confident about dealing with first aid issues and we will be coming back to Pulse South East again for any future training.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone who wants to do any kind of first-aid. Craig has a wealth of knowledge and experience which really shows in his classes. 10/10

We recently organised a Car Boot Sale at our local grounds to raise funds. Pulse South Coast were recommended to us and I am happy to report they were excellent. A member of the team arrived as arranged and we had a representative to cover the entire time we were on site. I met Craig and Vicki and they were both very friendly and professional. We used Pulse for a one day event we put on and found the first aid crew they provided to be professional, courteous and helpful. Would definitely use again.

I was sceptical on arrival as I knew the subject matter was another level above what I had previously been taught. The last first aid training I had completed was well over four years ago. Added to this was the fact I was concerned others would have far more experience and that I might be slowing the class down grasping what was being taught. Craig however put me at ease as questions I raised were explained in a simplified manner which I could understand. The group I was with immediately gelled with various experiences on board. The course was really well balanced with theory based work put into practical examples where I gained more confidence as the week progressed. A thoroughly enjoyable course with an excellent teacher at the fore.
