Not comfy long term and bows, disappointing.
We have the puffy queen size mattress for 2, going on 3 years and I can’t stand it.. I’m a side sleeper and this mattress hurts my hips and lower back so much, I’m constantly having to adjust my position and it bows in the center so I just roll right into my husband every night and have to wake up and move myself back to my side. Wish we picked a different brand..

I purchased the puffy queen mattress…
I purchased the puffy queen mattress and waterproof protector in August 2020.
Two years later, the mattress is sunken, very soft, and uncomfortable.
I tried to launder the mattress protector being careful to follow the instructions provided by Puffy.
I own standard sized washer and dryer equipment(6 y/o) I was unable to rinse all of the detergent out of the fabric and fully drying the product required 4 hours on low heat! Puffy recommended that I rinse it twice and use a larger dryer. Bottom line - the expense for owning this product increases with maintaining it. Caveat Emptor!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PUFFY
THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUND YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU’RE INSIDE YOUR REFUND/RETURN WINDOW.
My mattress is DEFECTIVE, there’s a dip in the middle and I tried EVERYTHING to return my mattress or get my refund while I was inside my refund window and now they have completely ghosted me. They refuse to reply to my emails, they refuse to refund me and they refuse to let me return my mattress and just send me one that isn’t DEFECTIVE.
I’ve sent pictures, TONS of emails, and now no response.
They sent me a soft topper and a firm topper in hopes it would fix the issue but neither topper helps and I made that clear. I can’t sleep on the mattress at all and have literally thrown 2k in the trash.
The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with, good luck getting into contact with someone if something is wrong, and even if you do, THEY WONT HELP YOU.
STEER CLEAR OF PUFFY!!

Don’t bother… initially very nice
Don’t bother… initially very nice. After a few years now two indents where two small sized people sleep. Going to have to replace and puffy’s “lifetime guarantee” is non existent as unable to get hold of them, calls or emails not returned.
Avoid!!

Good, for about a year!
Bought a Puffy Lux in fall of 2018. We really like it at first, but after a year it began to "taco", developing depressions where we sleep. We are smaller than average people too. We rotated the mattress often, which helped for a week or two each time. Now, after 3.5 years, we had to buy a new new one. $1700 for something that lasts really only 2 years is pretty bad. Worse, they delete negative reviews. Buyer beware!

Puffy Lux terrible product with ZERO customer service.
I purchased a Puffy Lux Mattress on 15th March 2020, and after 12 months I started to experience sagging problems. I contacted Puffy by email as this is the only way they offer to contact them and after a month a received a response to upload photos. I have not received any response from Puffy in three months despite sending three letters of complaint and uploading the photo three times.
The Mattress was sagged by over 1.5 inch, the corners were squashed and deflated with sections of the multi layer foam not even bonded together, the mattress protector cover has split and laddered.
Puffy is a awful company to deal with and ZERO customer service. I will see the company in court.

Mattress is ok not great
Mattress is ok not great. We definitely overpaid. Would not recommend and would not purchase again. The pillows that come with the mattress are just for show as you simply cannot sleep with them. The sheets are good though. That’s about it.

WORST MATTRESS EVER
WORST MATTRESS EVER! If you go on their site, all of the reviews are five stars. They take down anything under stars which I believe is a fraudulent practice because I relied on those reviews to purchase the mattress. Like everybody else says, after a period of time, the mattress loses its shape and begins to sag. Given what everyone else has said about their customer service, I did not even bother to ask for a new one under their so-called lifetime warranty, because I know I will have the same problems. Maybe if enough of us get together and write reviews On various complaint boards, and make formal complaints to our respective Attorney General‘s, this company can be penalized in someway for misrepresenting their product. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS GARBAGE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I believe just like their site, they invite people to write positive reviews on here as well. As you can see it says “invited” on the 5 star reviews! Try posting a one star review on their site. You will never see your review posted!

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Had to cancel my lux puffy order because the communication was so bad that they couldn't give me a ship date a week after ordering. Hope I get my money back. Think twice before ordering.

Please don’t buy from this company! I purchased an adjustable base 2 months ago and had it only a week, when we changed our minds and decided to get another size. I returned the base WITHOUT even opening it! I’m so glad I decided to wait for my refund before buying the other size….THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME!!! very poor customer service!

Ordered on-line and within 24 hours…
Ordered on-line and within 24 hours realized that I ordered the wrong mattress, I needed a very firm mattress for my back.
So, within 1 business day I called Puffy and spoke to Ria who said that she understood why I wanted to cancel and that she had to first contact the shipper to ensure that it had not shipped yet. What??? One week later and many emails, I rec'd an email from FedEx that they would deliver mattress in 2 days. I contacted FedEx and they stopped the shipment and they rerouted the mattress back to Puffy.
With today's internet and all communications being electronic (or via actual voice), why could this order not be stopped immediately, and never went to shipping. At a minimum an actual voice call from Ria to their cancelation department?
Overall, this has been a terrible experience with Puffy! The charge is still on my PayPal/Discover. Good thing that those companies will not require me to pay and have now put a bad review on Puffy!

Best products
So, I may not have my puffy bed quite yet but I do have weighted blanket 20lbs which is amazing. I have he faux blanket as well oh so soft and smooth. Not to mention there body pillow is freaking amazing. All in all puffy makes legit products and you can't go wrong with lifetime warranty. I also got my nephew a faux blanket and that's his go to blanket.

Wow?... what a matress
We purchased the Puffy Lux matress and what a surprise. This is the most perfect matress I've ever slept on. Fall asleep, wake up, no tossing or turning . I couldn't believe it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a perfect sleep.
