Return policy

Bought a King Royal. Great bed but is not motion isolating like a all foam bed. Used Puffy’s return policy without any hassle and reordered 2 twins. Great to work with and quick response.

As I have told multiple friends who have gotten the Puffy, It is life changing. I mean to sleep all night without moving because you are so relaxed that your body doesn't want to move is an experience we all should live with every night. Puffy has an amazing guarantee and return policy

Puffy has an amazing guarantee and return policy. The product seemed really good, however, we had hoped that the mattress and adjustable base would address certain sleep issues. Unfortunately our particular issues did not improve, but this is not due to Puffy. Nonetheless, they quickly arranged a pick up to take the mattress and adjustable base away for donation. It was truly white glove service. Puffy has been exceptional throughout the whole process.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

UPDATE: 12/8/22 After threatening to go to the CEO of the company, they finally replaced my mattress with a new one. FOR FREE! Idtill advise anyone to NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
For the last 2 years I have been trying to get my mattress replaced that I bought only 2 years ago from puffy. You want me to jump through hoops in order to be able to use my warranty on the mattress. I should not have to do all of this. I have attached a photo from a reputable mattress review company talking about the sagging issues that customers have with your mattress. I want my mattress replace it's barely 2 years old. I sent you pictures showing that my mattress sagged back in 2021 and you never got back with me. I intend to take this all the way to the top of the company if I'm not able to get my mattress replaced when it has a warranty. I expect to hear from a supervisor today. It is shameful how your customer service treats their customers

Happy to do business with Puffy!

We are first time box mattress buyers. This was a great experience! The Puffy Lux Hybrid is amazingly comfortable. Every person I spoke to was excellent. I misunderstood part of my order and the rep who helped was very professional, yet friendly too.
Great product, excellent service. Made and supported in the US.

Amazing product and great service

Company was very good to work with. Mattress topper was amazing but unfortunately it was too plush for my wife and caused low back pain. We gave it a try for a couple months and her back wasn't getting any better. I contacted customer support about the issues and they started our refund process. They did not try and pressure me into keeping it, they just walked me through the process and refunded my purchase. My only complaint is that I had to go through the refund process. We loved the topper it was just 2 soft for us. (FYI I'm over 220lbs) and from what I've read recently I'm not supposed to use plush but instead have a firmer Mattress.

Unfortunately I realized after just a few nights that the soft pillow topper was too soft for me. Puffy was very helpful in directing me to donate the topper and then promptly refunded my money. I’m glad the topper will now be used rather than wind up in a landfill.

0 stars if I could. Originally had a mattress sent out in which it had said delivered but I had no sight of it on my property, and a mattress would be pretty hard to miss. I had informed them and they were kind enough to issue a second mattress, which I was surprised but thankful for. I had made sure to request a signature of resident for the package and the day that it said it would be delivered I made sure to stay home this time. I was shocked when I saw that Fedex had dropped my mattress off without signature and IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. It was no where near or inside of my property and usually drivers know to leave packages inside of my fences. But at least I was home to bring in the package.

My parents soon changed their mind and decided that a queen wouldn't fit their bedframe so we issued a return which was before the 101 trial ended. A fedex driver who was sent by Puffy personally came to our house to pick up the mattress and I had thought that the return had been resolved. Now 2 years later I get a notice from Klarna my card has been missing charges?? FOR TWO YEARS and Puffy had never reached out again or updated me whatsoever which is ridiculous. Not only do we have NONE OF THEIR MATTRESSES they have been still trying to charge me AFTER the return. I regret doing business with them please beware before you buy this company does not follow through with their return policies or customer satisfaction.

WORST MATTRESS EVER! NO SUPPORT

worst mattress ever! Don't bother looking at PUFFY reviews, they only post the positive ones. Everything that these people have said about it being good for a tiny brief period and then SO SOFT that there is absolutely NO SUPPORT FOR YOUR BACK, HIPS, LUMBAR is absolutely accurate. I specifically told them that I had to have a VERY SUPPORTIVE mattress due to neck surgery & back surgery, as well as my husband being disabled due to dysautonomia where he passed out multiple times a day. We bought a head, rail and footboard, adjustable bed for a split king and 2 XL twin beds. It cost close to a car when we only bring in SSDI. DECEITFUL IN POSTING ONLY FIVES ON ITS REVIEWS.I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER PUFFY MATTRESS,NOR DOES MY HUSBAND. not an honest company!

My lower back and hips hurt because of…

My lower back and hips hurt because of sleeping on a Puffy mattress.
I wasted money on this hype and now I have hip issues and can barely get out of bed. My fiance' also has the same problem with his hip.
Hurts so bad, Motrin won't ease the pain.

WASTED MONEY

Wasted 1500 dollars.I never had back pain in my life until I slept on puffy lux. After 3 months I was sinking into the mattress and had to flip it around. I weigh 181 and would say this is the worst and most expensive mattress I have ever owned. Stay away from this mattress. All the great reviews are probably from the company. Before buying a mattress go to a store and lay on them first.

Immediately we got to Puffy

Immediately we got to Puffy, Rushen jumped into action. He asked us for our budget and within 5 mins, He has us try mattresses that fit our specifications and price range. After trying a few mattress stores to no avail, we were feeling a tad dejected, but Rushen helped us find our perfect mattresses with utmost efficiency and enthusiasm. To say that I am pleased is an understatement. Rushen is a fairy gentleman and this is the best shopping experience I have had in ages. 5 stars!

Will not honor return policy - do not purchase from them!

Ordered a $100 body pillow from them. Took 7 days despite a guarantee if 1-3 days delivery. Upon opening the plastic the off-gassing was so terrible. The next day I requested a refund. They then tell you need to donate to a charity, get a photo of the receipt clearly stating you donated "a body pillow" PLUS your signature (??) and only after jumping through all these hoops can the "initiate" a refund. Again, there is absolutely NO indication of this anywhere on the site. If there was, then the fault is with me. Go look. It's not there. I sent screenshots, they don't care. The 101 night trial is a marketing scam because the second you open the product its "used" and cannot be returned. Then what am I doing with it for 101 nights? Staring at it??The completely reneged on their website return policy. Awful company. DO NOT TRUST.
