Company did outstanding work keeping me informed of the requirements for transporting my vehicle from Puerto Rico to Jacksonville. Once my vehicle arrived, they informed me that it was ready for pickup one day earlier than expected.

Excellent customer service! Speedy and rapid delivery, would definitely recommend this company to someone else in the future!

To start my truck was picked up from Colorado by a company, come to find out this transport company puerto Rico Car transport did not have any knowledge of who picked up my truck. They asked us to purchase additional insurance from them which we did, TOTAL SCAM! When my truck arrived in Puerto Rico the truck has been driven on 4L an additional 31 miles. The inside of the truck was full of mud. There were fuses taken out and left on floor drivers side. The air conditioner button was broken. The truck would not turn on, an alarm kept going off. I was told to take the truck to 2 different mechanics for estimate at my cost. I took my truck in to Toyota where I was told they observed new electrical tape around the front axel both sides. Messed up the steering column and suspension by being driven on 4L. The truck was leaking from the front end. This truck had always been kept garaged and maintained regularly. The total cost for my damages are over $5000 and Puerto Rico transport claimed that I should file a claim with Crowley as they were not responsible for the damages. Crowley claims they only drove it on the ship and off to file the claim with the transport company. This has been going on since March 26,2025. The bogus insurance now turns out to be as they stated "not an insurance but a coverage", if your car gets any outer damages as far as scratches or so you could file a clsin to see if it's covered. Meaning as long as they deliver you vehicle with no scratches they could remove and damage all other mechanical components of your car and are not responsible for it. The staff is rude and have no knowledge of what they are doing. They give you the run around, waste your time and in the end wipe their hands clean of any responsability. Unless you are willing to take a chance at your vehicle being damage and are financially prepare to sue them for damages, DO NOT USE PUERTO RICO CAR TRANSPORT, worst experience with a company ever!

They were very attentive throughout the process. I had a lot of questions as it was my first time shipping a car. Puerto Rico Car Transport was cheaper and better communicating than any other company I tried to reach out to. We shipped 2 cars door to port and they were awesome to work with and were very flexible with my moving schedule.

Great service!!. It was as simple as it can be. The hard part is just getting all the paperwork required by government which is outside of the control of transport company.

It was no hassle and very clear. The only issue, which is was not at your end, was with the import taxes. The website is not very user friendly. Thanks for the great job.
