This has been the worst customer…
This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called back within 2 minutes after their operator reached out about my vehicle transport, and even though I had already submitted all paperwork, she refused to look up my profile by name. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told there wasn’t one. When I requested a refund, that was also denied.
I run 3 businesses and employ over 100 people — I know what good customer service looks like. This company does not provide it. Do not recommend.

We’d like to clarify a few details regarding your order. You booked transport on 9/10 for pickup on 9/11, and our team spoke with you right after booking to review the required documents for transport. Your card on file has not been charged, which is why there was no refund to provide.

Easy than I thought
PR Car Transport was a delight to work with. They picked up the car from my home in Maryland, transported it to Florida and shipped it to PR. They kept me informed throughout the journey. Picking the car up at the PR port was straightforward. I am grateful for the ease and flow of the process.

Slow in scheduling pick-up and zero follow-up.
I have submitted all documentation and i'm still pending the car pick-up. It's been nearly 2 weeks since the original scheduled date. They have not reached out to me to let me know any progress. I need to move out of state soon and this lack of service is making me nervous.

Great service and communication
The car arrived early and in perfect condiciones. They answer every question at any given time vía phone and email.
Althought we never recieve a call before the Date change and that could've cause of us not being able to pick it up. However recieve a communication hours before pick up. Other than that very good communication and service.

My experience with Puerto Rico Car Transport was excellent!!! The process was exactly how it was estimated my car got picked up from my home, left the port and arrived in Puerto Rico right on schedule with no issues or damages to my car. I have referred them to friends and families and will definitely use them again.

1st they didn't answer questions and were not helpful in getting answers.
2nd. They have an arrival date then changed it 4 times. Do they not realize that people have lives and can't be rearranging their schedules everyday.
3rd. The day the were suppose to deliver I was told between 1 and 3 and would receive an hours notice. When they didn't show I questioned and was told 5:30. They didn't inform me of the delay I had to reach out to them! I'm still waiting to see if it shows. I have canceled so many appointments and rearranged my schedule because of their incompetence.

We’re pleased to hear that your vehicle has now been delivered, though we’re truly sorry to hear that your recent experience did not match the positive one you had with us in the past.
While we strive for timely and seamless service, all pickup and delivery dates are estimates, as noted in the terms of agreement. Carriers can unfortunately face unforeseen delays such as mechanical issues, traffic, or weather conditions. In your case, the originally assigned carrier experienced a breakdown and was forced to cancel. As soon as we were informed, our team worked urgently to secure a replacement carrier so your transport could move forward as quickly as possible.
In regard to the delivery window, we understand how frustrating it can be to adjust your schedule. Carriers typically provide a 2–3 hour notice prior to arrival, and because delays on the road are common, we do not recommend waiting around for the truck without that confirmation call.
We truly regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your past support. Your feedback helps us continue improving communication and transparency for every customer.
