I genuinely thought this store was super cool. So I bought a tshirt from them. I ended up not liking how it fit and the color of it. I was late on return policy but I ended up sending them an email asking if I can return. They didn’t respond. So I dm’d them via instagram no response. So now I’m getting frustrated so my last ditch effort is Depop. I ask do you guys answer dms or emails? No response I check it a couple days later they ended up blocking me. This company has horrible communication and I don’t recommend buying from them.

If I could give them zero stars I would… shame on this company. I purchased 3 shirts from them for $150. Their sizing was completely off. I had to pay to ship it back and they have been completely uncommunicative through email, instagram, etc. I’m currently in a dispute with them through Affirm. Save yourselves the headache and do NOT give a single cent to these scammers. Shame on them.

Awful customer service experience. After receiving a shirt that did not match the measurements online, I tried to imitate an exchage. However the seller made me pay for my own shipping to ship it back then asked for an additional shipping charge to send the new size. Besides this, the t-shirt blanks and prints were poor quality and do not justify the steep $50 price tag. Spend your money elsewhere. Do not recommend dealing with this website.

Seriously shite online return service. Ordered a Large that's supposed to be 23" across the chest, and mine showed up measuring 24" and 30" long, equivalent to a size XL. I went back and forth showing Paul the discrepancy, and I was told I had to pay for return shipping even though they f'd up. Any other online shop would fall over themselves to rectify the situation and ship out a new shirt free of charge. Someone else had the exact same problem with them. Do not waste your money!

Let’s start with their return policy, its 14 days from purchase. I had to reach out day 9 after ordering to ask why my shirt hasn’t shipped. Arrived day 16, 2- days after the return window closed.

Now on to the shirt, I ordered M and looked at their measurements on their size chart to determine this was the size, I always wear a M. Shirt showed up shorter that the medium measurement on their chart. The tag on the shirt is also blank with no size. Reached out with these concerns with photos asking them to send the right shirt size with a return label, or just a return label. Was told I would have to pay shipping and it’s the right shirt. Not sure how that’s determined without a size tag? I decided I should let others know of the negative experience and incorrect sized item arriving after the return window closed. and the requirement that i pay the shipping costs back. This isn't a $20 t-shirt it's a $50 t-shirt.
