Easy process with everything. Got to me in like 1 day after it shipped which was impressive. Peptides appear great and I love how they are so clear and labeled and up front with the COA's so you can verify. After reading some of these recent reviews I was kind of shocked and confused because PS Peptides did 100% right by me and I am completely satisfied.

SCAM ALERT!!! Every 1 stars reviews on this site are 100% correct, no reply to emails or phone calls. Like the company don’t even exist, lie about overnight or 2 day delivery based on purchase amount so to lure you in for more purchase, it’s been weeks and have not received my products. No idea how they are getting high ratings. It’s pure scam.

After reading that they ship within 2-24 hours, I made a small order- nothing too big. 5 days later and my order still shows processing and no shipping update. False information and advertising.

Still waiting on my replacement was told on 15th my orders I had two would be made a priority but know they won't even message me back or anything so I'm very confused. Wish someone would message me back.

Didn't have any issues. Some people are impatient I guess.

Stay away, their story doesn't make sense. The peps are not verified by 3rd party. They don't answer phone and clearly have numerous lies on their website.

I originally wrote bad review, which I could not locate for some reason. Their WHSE manager called me and said they had delayed shipping due to relocating their warehouse. He said they would pull mine and ship and they did the following day. everything was packaged nicely.

Bad quality vial and not the weight I ordered. Tried contacting support multiple times and have been ignored.

Im seeing a patterned this past week. I as well played over 200.00 order on August 11, label created August 12, still not been shipped . There policy over 200 free 2 to 3 day shipping. Called several times and over the course 4 emails. Last email I sent stated I want a full refund. Oh how funny , within 20 minutes I had a email from ups that they had my product. But they still have never emailed or called me back. Thats poor customer service. Im highly disappointed.

Ordered over the $200 limit for UPS 2nd day shipping on the 10th and it is now the 14th and have yet to hear anything back. It says it’s still processing and only the label was created. I’ve emailed and texted, nothing. Gonna be my first and last order.

As of the 22nd still no package but they finally gave it to ups and it says Monday on the tracking after more than a week and a half. I sent them an email telling them to cancel and refund and that is when I finally got my update of ups getting the package.

I submitted an order on Aug 8 with 2 day delivery selected. On August 12 the items still had not shipped, so I emailed customer service to ask for an update on the status. I did not receive a reply, so I sent an additional email on August 13 requesting cancellation of the order. That evening I received an email that the order had shipped. On August 14, I received an envelope in the mail with a packing slip and a "thank you for your order" card. No product was included in the shipment. They sent me this envelope so they could claim that they shipped product, which they didn't. I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company. Please avoid this company!

Absolutely perfect. I have had great results witj everything ive purchased from here. The prices and shipping is exactly as it says. This is the only company I will use for research from this point forward.
