I ordered a while back a very large order. Still havent received and they refuse to respond to any of my emails. They are SCAMMERS!!!!

I was skeptical and overwhelmed by the numerous websites and couldn’t seem to find a trusted source until I came across pspeptides, order came quickly and products are just as described. I recommend!

I order from the guys a week ago with an order over $200 to get expidited shipping. It’s been 6 days and still the tracking only shows that a label has been created and no movement for the shipping. I’ve called and each time I get the voicemail saying their closed. I’ve emailed with no response. This is a horrible experience and I’ll have to call my credit company to cancel the order. I feel scammed! Never had this issue before. Do not recommend these guys.

No support! So frustrating! I have left messages, sent emails for days now! I don't trust this company at all. No backing behind their name. Please be careful! We need a reputable company that offers support to answer questions.

Ordered from these guys after being sent from a pal - came from using Skye Peptides

I ordered over 400 dollars worth of peptides - made another order after and asked them to combine it and overnight it.

They responded that they would but I only received my GHK

I am missing my whole other order still and reached out immediately and there has been no response - I have emailed twice.

Really bummed here - feel like I got scammed.

My peptides came in less than 3 days great amount for a small price

I’ve been in the hospital twice in the last week due to Pspetide’s products. They advertise 3rd party testing but the numbers don’t match. I let them know about my issues and got no response. Hospitals reported endotoxins in my blood from sketchy peptides.

I think it’s even sketchier that they didn’t respond to me when I notified them by email but they respond immediately to this review. Add a 3rd doctor visit yesterday.

Avoid!!

Update as of 9/6/26. I do feel as if the product is working. I started with a low dose and have actually ordered more. I also found the COA from the 3rd party test site.
When you google map the address to this business, it goes to a brick wall in front of a Pizza Restaurant. This is a bit of a red flag for me, but maybe it’s to protect the business??? I ordered 1- 5mgVial from them, prior to checking the address. The shipping was fast, the communication emails were very helpful to know it had shipped but I question the actual product, after my injections. I’m not having good results and I’ve had 2 inj now. I’ll update my review if anything changes.

Great customer service! Took a couple days to get back to me but it was explained over the phone. Alexander was a big help and sent me a replacement!

My experience with PS Peptides started off a little shaky but has turned into a great opportunity. Shipping was delayed a couple days for me so I was hesitant but they gave me a discount code : SAVE for 10% so that made me happy. Once the vials came in I was very pleased. I have never felt/looked better in 25 years!!

Warning: delivered to wrong address and state, delivered late, can't ever reach anyone from number listed...EVERRRR. NOT once. emails get answered days later if at all. I emailed over 5x the last week to no avail. They told me i would get refund, that was over a week ago and they ghosted me. Im filing complaint thru my bank. No batch or quality info came with order. Every batch should be tested for impurities ect. but last test was many months ago. i ordered over 200$ dollars of product so I could get free 2 days shipping. But that never happened. Came a week later. Company is very new under 6 months.. They don't have a lot of reviews.. but I also think a lot of their reviews are paid for or fake . On their website, they have TikTok users that were promoting their injections … I had watched one of the TikTokers and started following her and had mentioned that I had some doubts about this company and she told me she would help me and then as soon as I sent her the screenshots of the information and I was posted and guess what she ghosted me too .. I saw one of the other posters, aren’t trust pilot saying that the videos of the TikTok followers were now taken down off of the peptides website … I wonder why . Also that Dr. dietitian Counselor person that we’re supposed to be able to meet with online and get consultation with was created by AI .. It does not exist .. The website looks so good and easy to understand and very informative. I was very pleased with the website format information but just because the website is good doesn’t mean that the products are good people have getting sick off of them and being sent to the emergency rooms, i should have went with another company i saw that had 40k reviews Been in business longer but I didnt want to pay a membership I have a dr and a script was jus wanting compound version of the same meds i have been on for 3 years. I lost my medicaid. It sucks with the price of meds people can't afford and there are companies taking advantage of them. I was really hoping to find a good legit source..

UPDATE: the company never refunded my money and I continue to ignore all my emails. I report them to Cash App.. I forwarded over all of the emails improved that the company said that my delivery was late delivered to the wrong address and that they were brief on my money and they never do a Cash App took about one day to say yes I win my case and they’re giving me my money back. Thank you CASH APP. Odd thing is a few days later I have got a text message of a number saying the paper Cash App they were trying to protect my account and they were gonna send me a code to get that phone back to them… anyways I was very suspect in contact with Cash App. Somebody tried to hack into my account and steal my money. It could’ve been this peptides company because it never happened before all of these years and only happened days after I got my money back.
There’s a company that will test your peptides for free and I’m gonna get these things tested. Somebody else had them tested and said that one of the biles only contain vitamin C, but it was supposed be peptides…other people getting sick in the ER this company probably say oh sorry I hope you do better..wth. Remember people this company is protected because it is only for laboratory experiments not for people or animals so if you get sick die or go to the hospital, you cannot sue. You cannot do anything.. be safe and be smart.

The Order shipped weeks after ordered. Paid for overnight shipping and once shipped it was delayed and late. No communication from customer service! Product is subpar.

I was ghosted on a 433.00+ order on August 13th. They have no responded to my requests of explanation or a refund. I would recommend to stay away from them, if they cannot communicate what are they even selling!! Jesus Christ

Very slow to ship. I ordered thinking I’d have it in 2 days, 3 tops (paid for 2 day) and it showed up 8 days later because they didn’t actually ship the order for almost a week later. The BAC water is fine and price was acceptable.
