Provident real estate management are fantastic. They contacted me out of nowhere and suggested their services. A little hesitant as i had some issues with a previous management co. They went beyond my expectations and went out of their way to sort out an ongoing issue existing with a previous management company and got my unit rented within a month. I am seriously impressed and i Love everybodies hardwork at provident real estate management co. A special shout out to Samantha who would call me to follow up with any issues i had and to inform me if i had a question to ask. Communication 10/10. Effort 11/10 Professionalism 11/10. Recently had experience of investing in an off plan property with Provident Real Estate and it was professional yet personalized, customer centric and easy to do business approach.
