Provident ensured I had a quick and smooth move from start to finish. There were a few issues that were out of the agents control that they dealt with efficiently and were a good communicator between myself and the owner of the property, keeping me regularly updated. The handover procedure was conducted professionally and the agent on the day was really helpful answering any questions and showing me apartment features like how the A/C works etc. I would recommend provident to anyone looking to move!

What can I say. After 7yrs in dubai, and a realtor gets commission for simply showing the place but then never follows up , Ezekiel was the complete opposite. He was persistent, accommodating, friendly and thorough. From showing us the apartment and giving us an entire complex tour, to coming to mike to sign lease and collect deposit etc. The walk through of inventory and getting things fixed in a timely manner. This gent was absolutely superb. We are now comfortably living at Elite Residence Marina and happy with our decision.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the wonderful team of Provident, namely Armela Binta, Samer Hinno, and Zara Zarrindej. In January 2022, I entered the deal for a beautiful property as a buyer, which at the start was running smoothly - from the viewing to all paperwork. Unfortunately, due to the unforeseen circumstances that emerged on the seller’s side, the deal took 2.5 months to close. As the deal was hanging by a thread, during this rather stressful time, the team showed the utmost professionalism - they all were incredibly supportive, attentive, and caring. Frankly, I highly doubt the deal would go through if it wasn’t for these conscientious guys and their dedication to the deal and myself personally. From A to Z, everything was done with the best customer care and absolute transparency and honesty, which is a precious gift nowadays, especially in the real estate industry. And trust me, if these guys could pull off this rocky deal, they can certainly take care of any real estate business you may have.

So I can't recommend them enough - these are the kind of people who would want in your corner as a business owner, as a colleague, and as a customer!

Reliable and trustworthy brokers can sometimes be hard to find. However, Ana Mihai Schmidt has honestly been extraordinary in the entire process of my recent purchase in 15. Northside. I am not an easy client to work with, but from the first meeting, I knew this is an agent I want to work with. I got access to the building on a sunday, and through-out the entire reservation and contract phase she has " held my hand" and helped with everything. I highly recommend Provident and especially Ana , if you are looking for a broker that is listening to your wishes, and tries to deliver faster than anyone else! Great job, hope to do more deals with you Ana !

I have been on the fence on whether getting a snagging company was worth the money or not. Usually, I shop around a lot before settling on a company. This was the exception because from the minute I got in contact with Provident, Youseff showed care, a warm personality, and expertise. He answered every question and was so clear. He followed up when I got too busy to get back to them but was never pushy. And he was so accomodating and even tried to work with my concerns and budget. I didn't even bother shopping around, I knew I was in good hands.

They don't usually work on weekends but did so due to my assigned booking. I was assigned Ahmad to handle my townhouse. He was so friendly, honest and communicative. It was estimated that it would take about 2 hours, but, because of all the flaws, he took longer to ensure he covered everything -- he really went out of his way and worked with such impeccable work ethics.

If you are on the fence about this, don't think twice! Go with them and you'll be in good hands. Without a doubt, they are worth more than what they charge!
