Providence Dental Folkestone

I received great care and attention at appointments with the hygienist and dentist for some emergency fillings. The treatment was gentle and pain free and the staff professional and efficient. I would recommend.

I have been having Invisalign treatment…

I have been having Invisalign treatment and am so happy with the results. The Dentist Komala has been excellent and everything has been faultless. Highly recommend the practice.

Ruined my teeth forever for £1000 !!

Akesh assessed me for how I would be paying then offered a round figure of £1000 to redo a few fillings, take x-rays, clean my teeth and get a whitening kit. My fillings are all too low, I asked for them to be redone... so he drilled off some of one tooth to level it out !! I didn't bother with the other 2 !! After injecting me 6 times he cleaned my teeth for 1 HOUR, when I got the feeling back in my mouth I ran my tongue over my teeth and noticed the shape of them had changed !! The front and side teeth are now shorter, the side teeth are pointed and uneven, he changed the top and bottom teeth from flat to scissor like. I get food stuck in them all the time now !! He made holes between my back teeth big enough to put a toothpick right through !! This is the worst dentist I have ever been to... Polite and friendly but ever so devious !! My teeth no longer meet and are very uneven, the whitening kit is useless as my teeth are a completely different size and shape to how they were when the mold was made. I would sue but in my experience dentists have their own (crooked) lawyers to get them out of these situations. Thanks for ruining my mouth and taking £1000 for the displeasure Akesh. I will never go to a dentist again because of you !!

We would like to clarify that Akash no longer works at Providence Dental Practice- Folkestone. He does work at a different dental practice in Folkestone unfortunately.

However, we take all feedback and concerns seriously and are keen to ensure they are looked into appropriately.

Fabulous dentist

Fabulous dentist. Top quality dental treatment. My dentist, Niru is excellent and nurse Eve very attentive. My first encounter before having treatment was receptionist Suzy whom was so helpful and understanding. I would recommend Providence Dental as an excellent dentist..

A few weeks ago I experienced severe…

A few weeks ago I experienced severe pain from a back tooth which had come loose , consequently I contacted Providence and although there were no appointments available whatsoever they booked me in at the end of the working day ( a Friday as well) and removed the tooth.

I would also just add that Providence has a very professional , helpful and friendly team and the owner employs the latest dental technology & systems , all of which is why I have been using this dental practice for some years.
